Dr. Cassisi and his staff were amazing. I had a lot of anxiety regarding a procedure I was having in office and they put me at ease throughout the entire process. The nurse assisting in the procedure was amazing and very attentive to how I was doing throughout the procedure. They seem to truly care about their patients and that’s a breath of fresh air these days. I highly recommend them.

Dr Casssis used to be a great urologist. He was helpful but the past couple of years it’s been Lyndsey that comes in and not the doctor. She hasn’t a clue as to what the problem is and also refers you back to your primary. Doctor Cassisi is not longer available, MIA

Had to get the surgery no man looks forward to. Dr. Cassini completely walked me through step by step of the procedure and when to expect discomfort, which made the procedure easier. Would definitely recommend Dr. Cassisi to anyone!

Terrible office staff. Seen cassisi for over 20 yrs. He now is too busy or just doesn't care about his patients. Looking for a new urologist.

Transferred to Dr Cassisi after I had concerns with my previous urologist. Initially I was very happy with the care. He spent time, offered advise and information about dealing with my high PSA numbers and BPH. Then things went downhill. Several appointments I saw only an assistant with zero input or follow up from the doctor. When my condition worsened and I felt time to move to the next stage of treatment I was told we should do further evaluation. This is after several years as his patient, regular exams and PSA tests plus several years of records from previous urologists including numerous PSA tests and a biopsy. Then I had a problem that required a trip to the ER. After getting catheterized at the ER I was instructed to see my urologist urgently for a follow up. After numerous calls I finally got a call back after three days offering an appointment two weeks later. This when I needed a very short but very urgent follow up to my ER visit. Clearly Dr Cassisi has too many patients and no time to treat them properly. Very disappointing after being a patient for several years.

Get a new receptionist please. The lady sounded like she had a hangover, couldn´t understand even when I said twice that my husband had not been seen at the clinic before. I hung up without making an appointment.

Dr Cassisi was great but the office staff, that's another story. Very rude and downright unfriendly. Front desk very cold and uncaring and abrupt. Back staff so rude. Get it together people. They all seemed like they hated their job. Dr. Cassisi was very pleasant.
