I came to Dr. McDonald with a long-term fungal infection on my foot. In most doctors offices today I feel like just another number, but with Dr.McDonald there was a warmth and personalism that was comforting and refreshing. She took her time with me, and respected my desire to not take oral medication. Her staff was also very kind and caring... when Dr.McDonald was taking a biopsy her assistant intentionally spoke to me to help keep my mind off the pain (which wasn't that bad after all). And Dr. McDonald personally called me to share the results of my test. Overall I had a very pleasant experience there and would definitely recommend Dr. McDonald to anyone.

My son loved Dr. Terrance McDonald. I appreciated Dr. Cynthia McDonald's care. The office staff were wonderful. Appointments were available at my convenience and wait times were reasonable. But their billing depart is the WORST. i received my first bill in March 2020 (the beginning of COVID), i tried for several months to pay the bill, but never received a call back and put it aside. Finally they called me 15 months later - AFTER they send it to collections. Why couldn't they respond to my dozen phone calls or call me before it went collections. It is unfortunate that my son will have to find a new podiatrist.

Waited for surgery that was cancelled twice due to Covid and once by me for family emergency out of the state. Hospital was finally booking elective surgeries again and I find that out when I called the office for a status on the surgery. I wasn't called. During that call I was informed that the doctors (husband and wife team) were not doing surgery anymore and that they were relocating to northern Florida. I was literally stranded in pain and now having to find another podiatrist. Seriously, that's how you treat people? And if I didn't call for a hospital update, would anyone have had the decency to call me? Was so disappointed, and disgusted by such cavalier treatment. Lucky they're leaving town; they suck. Disappointed in services. The staff in office seemed robotic, curt, short, detached. I found the staff unhelpful in assisting me with my limitations. She just stood there and watched me struggle. The MD was OK but her first line of treatment was cortisone. This office closes no doors to patient room. A lot of papers at the check in desk about charges to the point I wandered if I would be charged for reading the magazine. Probably will not return. Will not recommend.

Dr. McDonald takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions in laymen's terms with out any pressure. Her staff is just as wonderful.
