Clark Gaddy's Online Review Report Card

This office staff is so unprofessional and very rude. Scheduled my elderly disabled mother an appointment the day before the appointment they called and cancelled it because the had over booked the doctors schedule that day. Was upset but rescheduled the appointment for 3 weeks later. So I get a call the day before her second appointment from them saying that they are going to have to reschedule again left the message on the answering machine. Called the next day when her appointment was supposed be at 10 am the one they cancelled for the second time and tried to make get her to come at 2 pm the same afternoon. This is some kind of messed up the staff knows nothing about manners front office operations or in any manner on how to do their job. My mother never got to see the Doctor at all and we will not be going back. This is a lousy place and I would never recommend this doctors office or any of its associate doctors to take care of my family. Maybe this will help in other unsuspecting patients in the future.

If I could give a zero I would. The office staff is very very rude and does exactly what they want to do which is nothing. They do not know how to schedule appointments at all. They scheduled and cancelled 2 STAT appointments and then had the nerve to wonder why I am pissed off. I live 70 miles away and have to take my mother to her doctors appointments which means taking off from work and rearranging my schedule at home to fit my mother appointments in. Then to have them call and cancel every time because they are over booked or scheduled it on a day he has to perform surgery on patients at the hospital. Then had the audacity to call when the surgery fell thru and told my mother to come on to the doctors office because he now has the time available to see her. What a $$ crock of $$. This office should be shut down due to incompetence alone. If the office staff gets away with this what will the doctor that’s their boss do to my mother. Well I am not giving them the chance to do anything to my mother and I am glad I found out about their incompetence before my mother had a chance to even be seen by the doctor. The way she has been treated or actually not treated at all is shameful and I WOULD NOT recommend this DOCTOR and HIS STAFF to NO ONE

I found Dr. Gaddy and his staff polite and concerned. I would recommend him to friends

I ended up in the hospital with an emergency surgery. The doctor did what he was supposed to do which I appreciated however if youre planning on going to their office be willing to deal with very rude and obnoxious people because their whole office staff is rude. I have never had such a rude conversation with professionals over the phone in my life and I am 47 years old

I have been seeing Dr Gaddy for a few years now. He always takes the time to discuss and explain everything that concerns my condition and answer any and all questions very calmly making sure that I know as much as possible from a layman point of view.

Dr. Gaddy kept my 90 year old father alive for 3 more years. He had bladder cancer. My dad DadMr. Daniel Mazaika was his patient for many years. My dad followed the Dr.s instructions to the T. If you patients dont you wont achieve the best medical condition possible. And thats with any dr. That is where all people go wrong. Not following dr.s instructions. He is caring thorough and excellent at his profession. Anyone who has a problem is because they dont follow Dr.s orders. Dr.Gaddy goes above and beyond the call. In my opinion I found this doctor to be less than professional and displayed an appalling lack of empathy smypathy or remorse. Also seemed unwilling to accept any personal responsibilty for what I believe to be his part in an unnecessary death of a very dear relative that I was the caregiver of. I cannot and will not in good faith recommend this doctor to anyone. It is my sincere hope that my review can save someone from having to go through the pain and anguish that I have.

By far the worst experience with a specialist..SPECIALIST Not only did I get the courage to even go to him I sat for quite some time explaining to him my issues. No physical exam nothing. To be told there is nothing that can be done...um how do you know nothing can be done...you did no exam no bloodwork NOTHING you are a joke of a SPECIALIST and then charged me $190.

When you get a referral to a specialist that means there is a problem. Not only did we sit for an hour explaining the issues to Dr. Gaddy he then proceeds to say that there is nothing he can do. YOURE THE SPECIALIST thats your job to figure it out. You sir are a sorry excuse for a Dr. I will continue to slam your name around to everyone in the medical community. It was the first visit something that was embarrassing to have to do and to not get even an examination...And then charge $190 to do nothing. Not one thing. You are a disgrace.
