Came here months ago for a regular teeth cleaning, upon my appointment was turned away due to poor scheduling, front desk lady very unprofessional they barely answered the phone/returned phone calls. During my visit my hygienist christina provided me with an electric toothbrush generously and told me I could get a replacement “head” complimentary if something happened. Months later, no one knows of this and now im sol. I had an appt for Jan 4th that had been scheduled over 6 months in advance and was informed of it being cancelled a few days after christmas… but, what do you expect from a place that looks almost abandoned from the outside.

Once again, I've been cancelled. Coast clear aligners? No one does clear aligners. I need dental work and I tried this place and there is a dentist who left? You have to wonder why? Really?? This place should NOT have such high reviews.

Good staff, good Dentist working in a very old, run down facility that badly needs to be fixed up. The cleanliness of the facility is what brings this facility down. Even the chairs the patients sit end are old and rusty. The condition of this place speaks very badly of Coast Dental!

My wife and I moved to Gainesville in June. We have been trying to get in to see the dentist since July. It is December now and we have not been able to see them. They have cancelled my appointments like 4 times and my wife's appointments 3 times. Multiple times they have cancelled our appointments on THE DAY OF the appointment, claiming to be short-staffed. Well you're scheduling more appointments than you have the staff to support, then. We've been getting our appointments rescheduled for 6 months so we will be looking for a different dentist now like I should have done in the first place. If you schedule an appointment to see this dentist office, in my opinion, you are only wasting your own time.
