Concierge Care's Online Review Report Card

We are so appreciative of the wonderful in home care that was provided to my father, especially when these wonderful caregivers were with him in the end for 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Erica Martin could not have been kinder as she worked with us on the challenging scheduling. If you are looking for wonderful care please ask for Carla Boyd, Kenyetta Bell or LaKenya Cobb. They were amazing. The other caregivers were wonderful too, including Shadayza, Phara and Joneshia. We had experiences with caregivers from other companies and they couldn’t hold a candle to these kind, caring and competent ladies. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because of the time and effort it took to get the billing and insurance paperwork set up on the front end but after it was set up it was fine.

I applied with this company, went through orientation. I was told we have so many cases this and that, so I start work I get 4 hour shifts with an hour commute to get to Gainesville, who can live on 12 hours a week?? Not a great place to work. They tell you one thing and it's totally the opposite. You don't get any hours not even part time at that, it's been a waist of my time for this company. If your a CNA looking to work this isn't the place you will not get any hours!! Last week in got 8 hours for two days and off rest of week! No one can live on these hours, concierge care acts like they have so many cases and that you will get hours I start and I was off Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday I only got to work Thursday 12 hour shift isn't enough! I wish I never even started with this company waist of my time and theirs!!

Any of you who need home health care should seriously take a long look at Concierge Care. I have found them to be ultimate professionals and very caring. As to speak with Penny Bryan. She is the best I have ever met, very experienced and as dedicated as is possible to helping in every way. If you need home care, give Concierge Care and Penny Bryan a long look. You will not regret it.

I have used Concierge Care for my mother for over a year. We have had great success matching caregivers to her needs and the staff always works with us to find the right fit. The office staff is very responsive and communicates well. They treat us like family. I highly recommend Concierge Care.

Concierge Care is the best place to work at! The work schedule is very flexible. The office staff is absolutely amazing, along with the caregivers. Nothing but positive vibes! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Concierge is the most friendly and most supportive care giving company in North Florida. They have the best care givers and the office staff.

“Mary”left early before her shift was even over after sleeping part of the night in a downstairs bedroom which was off limits.Then she slept on my couch after I showed her where to sit by the stairs so she would hear me. Because she is a night care CNA she was to be awake all night long and I showed her where to sit by my stairs. But she still slept. She also brought dirt into my home -my bathroom and the stairwell had wet debris from her shoes— And She did not clean up after herself. She did nothing but stay on her phone playing games! I was told she was older— she was 30, but I was led to believe she was mature and 50. It’s as if there’s an element of deceit in order to place their employees? This is the egregious lack of care that I don’t want to pay for; they constantly send out *girls* to take care of an elderly person and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This is blatant abuse and exploitation of an elderly person in the home. Where is the accountability? I am sad and so frustrated that my money and my needs are not being used professionally or met.

Great caregivers, very professional and curtious. They wear their masks correctly! Minor issue with a no show - but only happened once, otherwise would have been 5 stars
