My Dr.'s office sent this service to help me after my knee replacement. The first visit was good. I never saw anyone after that!! They cancelled appointments with out informing me at all so I am left waiting on them. When I would call them they would apologize and reschedule and then not show up. Extremly unreliable!!! I called my Doctor and let them know how they ran their business and how unreliable they were.My husband had knee replacement surgery and I made sure the VA new not to use them!!

We paid this company a lot of money and they said they would guarantee a caregiver for us, even if the scheduled one called out and they couldn't find another caregiver, an administrator would cover the shift. My husband and I wanted just one day and night away for ourselves and Concierge said they could cover that day and night so we pre-paid for a hotel room. Well the scheduled person was a no-show no-call, and the nurse on call, Mary, couldn't find anyone else to work and she wouldn't cover the shift. She said she couldn't because she was on call. I told her that we would lose out on the hotel room cost and asked if they would cover it. She said maybe and she would get back to me, but she never did. That was $170 we lost and we are not rich people. And it's rare that my husband and I actually get a Saturday and Sunday off from work together.
