Wait times are unacceptable ... he doesn't pay attention or seem to care if he is with the tight patient ... staff is incompetent ... we just fired him.

He was one of the finest specialty doctors I have ever had the pleasure to see. Very personable and seems to genuinely care about his patients. I didnt have a very long wait and he took his time getting tio know me. Definitely will see him again if need be.

Doctor Scott listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t rush you, he takes his time with you and gives you different solutions. He treats you like family. We drive over an hour to see him and he is well worth it. Great doctor!

I had a great experience with Dr. Scott. He ordered tests for me which I had no problem with due to my health history. However, I when the insurance codes were sent over to cover the tests the incorrect codes were sent by his office. The Doctor's office stated they would work on getting the updated codes sent to be covered by insurance. The test were done in Feb. 2022 and to this day (Aug. 2022) I am still trying to get Dr. Scott's office to address the incorrect insurance codes. After repeated attempts to email the office with responses that provided no updates and no assistance. My outstanding balances for tests in Feb. 2022 were sent to collections. I made Dr. Scott's office aware and got the response that "...you will need to ask the (testing company) if it has been taken care of." It was not been taken care of because there was no follow up from the Doctor's office with regard to resubmitting the correct codes. I want to inform others of my experience and lack of ownership with the Doctor's office has provided me in my situation. Be aware.

Never got to see him. Couldn’t get past his staff. I needed a referral. Got it, after two weeks. Handed it to them in person. Then I needed my Dr to fill a questionnaire. Did it. My doctor said the question sheet they sent, was supposed to be filled out by me. I filled it out.two more weeks Dr. Scott’s staff said, “ find another personal Doctor” to fill it out. The document was clearly for the patient, not my Doctor. They also said it would be a 4 month wait to see him . I’m am not a new patient. Their own paperwork clearly overwhelms them. Don’t wast your time.

Dr. Scott was my moms doctor for MANY years! Now how ironic that’s he’s treating me with some of the same issues my mom had prior to her passing in 2017!! I’ve always knew he was an amazing doctor who listens to his patients and treats them with so much care and concern. He has such wonderful attitude and wants to make sure you know exactly what’s going on with your body. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott!

I have a very complex autoimmune condition that’s difficult to understand. I saw several doctors who wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. They weren’t getting the whole picture so they were never able to diagnose me or help me. Dr. Scott listened to my whole story, he asked questions and ran tests no one else had considered. He saved my life. I was almost completely wheelchair bound and on a ton of steroids. Now, I can function and play with my grandbabies again. When I was in hospital for an unrelated reason, he even called me personally to set up an extra appointment and new tests, just to make sure we were on top of everything. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he genuinely cares.

Dr Scott was recommended by a family friend, and I am so glad that I listened to her. He has discovered what has been causing me such pain the last three years, that other Health Professionals have just dismissed. Just recently I broke my foot and was placed in a cast for two weeks, which was causing more complications with my health. Dr Scott took one look at the cast and asked if I wanted a second opinion. He picked up his cellphone and text Dr Toussant, at the Orthopedic Institute, who responded immediately, and within two hours I was cast free and walking in a boot. Dr Scott went above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful. So, yes I highly recommend him!

Dr Scott, is the Best, he listens to your problems, and works with you not against you. And always explains his concerns about your health. He treats you as family.
