Dr. Sanders is a wonderful, caring professional. She’s always taken the necessary time to listen to us and answer all of our questions. She doesn’t do unnecessary lab work and best of all, we have never had to wait over 3 minutes from check in, to being called to go back. The office personel are super friendly and energetic🙂

Had one of the worst experience at a doctors office. Millennium just purchased the Physician Group. I was treated like cattle and was shown no respect. The manager got offended that I requested a Mask without him touching the Mask with his hands ( which they touched the mask with there hands). . He then proceeded to reprimand me and advised me “ You’re 5 minutes late and must reschedule”. I will never return to this facility as I have zero trust in the new management and staff. Please advise, I NEVER Wright bad reviews, and this experience was beyond despicable.

I have been a patient for 20 years. I have had a wonderful experience EVERY time I go in to the office. From the front office staff to Dr. Sanders. She is the most caring Doctor that I have ever had. I never have to wait to go in. I am seen at my appointed time.

I think Dr. Sanders is great. Very detailed, listens to my comments and seems genuinely concerned with what I have to tell her. Nice to have a Dr. that I feel I can talk with and takes the time to listen. I would and do, recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Sanders was awesome. Office staff horrible. Rude on the phone and billing is a mess and hard to get a hold of. Due to the billing departments inability to due their job correctly and unwillingness to call me back, they just sent my bill to collections instead of my insurance company! I called multiple times to speak with billing to see what the issue was and I was ignored and my bill sent to collections!

This is my second review of Dr. Elizabeth Sanders. Originally I posted about my visit to Primary Care Physicians of Gainesville. Dr. Sanders was not accepting new patients but made an exception for me. And I couldn't be happier. I was very pleased with my first appointment. During each visit Dr. Sanders spent over 20 minutes talking with me. I found Dr. Sanders' recommendations to be on point. Dr. Sanders is intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful too! They all help turn a visit to the doctor into a pleasant experience!
