Dr. Castaldo cared about me as a person when other local doctors totally let me down. Dr Castaldo is a truly talented and caring doctor. The type of doctor that takes his oath seriously. His staff was friendly and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Castaldo by another doctor who spoke highly about Dr. Castaldo, and he was correct. I was told to go home and live with it, by other doctors, but not Dr Castaldo. Tomorrow I go for my MRI. I would proudly refer him to any of my own family members.

It has been just over a year since Dr. Castaldo repaired my Grynfeltt hernia and I’m doing great! Many thanks to Dr. Castaldo and his team for doing such an excellent job. I am very pleased with the outcome and was able to return to my normal activities fairly quickly.

I understand that a hiatal hernia surgery can fail so I gave Dr Costaldo a 3 star instead of a 1 star. He is a very nice caring person. But the surgery failed. Terrible reflux symptoms started some months later which I hadn’t had before the surgery. Diagnostic tests after the surgery showed a large hiatal hernia was back.
