Dr. Paulian is incredible. He's has an amazing bedside manner. He is very compassionate and is always willing to listen and work with me and adjust my medications as needed. There are not many physicians out there like him. Simed is very lucky to have a physician like him on staff.

I was referred to Dr Paulian by a friend in March 2023 when my health, my career and my sanity were all in a precarious state. It is now June of 2023. I have been suffering injuries from a high-speed, rear-end motor vehicle collision. At times, the pain was so severe I was bedridden. My head, neck, shoulders, back, legs, joints, muscles, nerves, and soft tissues were affected. I went to physical therapy and was offered the traditional medicine for pain management. After months of chronic & acute pain and frustration, I researched Pain Management Specialists and requested a referral to Dr. Gabriel Paulian, MD. On my first appointment, Dr. Paulian gave me a thorough examination. He patiently, and actively listened while I shared my medical history, concerns with past adverse drug reactions, my desire to have restored functioning, improved quality of life, and lean more towards complementary and alternative medicine. Dr. Paulian and I, discussed a range of options including drug treatment, injection therapy, pain management, battlefield acupuncture, etc. He talked with me and answered all of my questions. We decided that my, ”Treatment Plan,” would include, “Battlefield Acupuncture Therapy.” In my first session, I experienced a pinch like sensation but no pain. While driving home, I observed a warmth and calmness in the back of my head going down my spine. A tranquility started coming over me. I went home and went directly to bed. I slept for approximately 3 hours. Over the next 30 days I sensed less tension, some improvement of my symptoms, more awareness and energy. After the second session I noticed a measurable improvement. The aching, pain and burning running down my legs and feet started to alleviate. I still had some numbing in sides and heels of feet and pain in knees, but the sciatica down my legs ceased. What really took me by surprise is that my breathlessness and stamina from having Covid-19 pneumonia improved. I am now able to take deep breaths and exhale appropriately. I feel my lungs are getting better and stronger. My, “brain fog, and energy level,” continue to improve and I walk one hour a day. I optimistically look forward to a future of health and well-being knowing I have an integrative team of professionals who provide me with, “Best Practice Care,” tailored to my needs. Dr. Paulian, thank you for being the answer to my prayer and suggesting, “Battlefield Acupuncture Therapy.” Thank you for being caring, compassionate, courteous, collaborative, and committed to your patient’s needs. Thank you for inspiring hope in my life. You made a DIFFERENCE!!

Dr. Paulian has been my pain Management doctor for many years and he has meet and exceeded all my needs to keep me more productive and out of most pain in both of my legs. He is so personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Paulian for any and all of your Pain Management needs.

My husband started seeing Dr Paulian a couple of years ago for his chronic pain. He is so kind, caring, and compassionate. The very first visit, my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He genuinely cares about my husband and it shows. He listens to any concerns we may have and he does whatever necessary to help him. It isn't very often that you find a doctor that you can trust completely. So I can honestly say that I thank God every day for helping us find Dr Paulian. Dr Paulian is a great doctor. But more than that, he is a wonderful person with a giant heart!
