As a doctor that has to take a oath, to do no harm, you failed, I still look like a capital P, flat at the bottom protruding at the top. Just a little liposuction during surgery would have saved my appearance. I trusted you, I believed you, I trusted you to keep your word; but once I was sleep you took the easy route. As long as I live I will never understand how you can do a tummy tuck without ANY liposuction.

I had a procedure last year at Gaines Plastic Surgery and Dr. Gaines and his entire staff were great! Dr. Gaines and his staff were all very professional and just as importantly they were all extremely nice. The procedure was explained in great detail and all questions I had were also answered in detail. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Gaines Plastic Surgery.

I was in the office for a consultation. Dr. Gaines hardly looked at my face and started talking. Even while talking he didn’t look at my face. I am still wondering how a plastic surgeon can offer you a treatment and the price without looking at you. Seemed preplan.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are amazing! I researched several Drs for months on having a Tummy Tuck & Breast Lift after excessive weight loss and after meeting Dr. Gaines I was so relaxed and impressed! He made me feel so at ease, I could tell he really enjoys the “art” of wanting someone to look the way they envision themselves! He was professional, yet personable and friendly! Dr. Gaines will get all my future services and any recommendations from me, he is truly a great man and surgeon!

I recently had Dr Gaines preform a brachioplasty on my arms. I am 71 years old and have always felt self conscious of my arms. Dr Gaines came highly recommended to me so I decided to research a procedure that I never dreamed I could accomplish. The price was better than I ever thought and I was put at ease from first visit to the present. I am a little over two weeks postoperative and have had to purchase new shirts that fit. His office staff is beyond wonderful. Thanks so much for everything.

Dr.Gaines listens, cares, gives you well thought out options and generally creates a "family atmosphere" in his office. I never feel rushed or pressured and instead full reassured that the best approach is being offered. One gets the impression that he truly loves his work and is interested in your total satisfaction. I find his staff friendly and personal. I highly recommend Dr. Gaines!
