Iam in room 304a the nurses and staff is one of the top I have ever seen what makes a hospital is the people who take care of people like me I have no family here but they treat me as I am family I really pray my God blessed all who works for this hospital I will be here about another week or so you want to see good hearted people at their best. Well floor 3 where I am at. is where the Angels are come visit.

Women Center very professional friendly and excellent bed side manners. Over all great experience

My husband was treated like Gold in the 3rd floor Room 17 Rene Leal was my husband name the nurses were the absolute best we were there 6 days and it wasnt great time for us but they took care of him with smiles on there face thank you Nurse Deisy Emily IsaacHe wasnt happy with some of the food selections and the food person talked to him on the phone and gave him a few other choices which made him happy Im truly grateful for his Doctors and the entire staff of North Florida thank you so very much for making the stay the best it could be for him I give you all a Big 10Daisy Rene Leal

This is my first pregnancy and I 100% would recommend seeing Dr. Rivera and this hospital They are amazing. She will always answer any questions you may have and All of my nurses and staff where amazingI would not recommend dr. Foda. I seen him on a week when dr Rivera was unavailable. I told him I thought my water had broke and that I had a lot of pain and pressure. He told me it couldn’t have been my water and “your pregnant you’re going to be uncomfortable”. I left the appointment still hurting. I went to my appointment the next week and my baby didn’t have enough amniotic fluid so I was sent down to LD to be induced I ended up having an emergency Csection the next day where dr Foda was the dr on call. I had a lot of complications after my surgery and ended up being readmitted to the hospital 3 weeks later. Dr Foda doesn’t listen to anything you have to say he rushes in and out of the room and acts annoyed if you try to ask to many questions. I 100% will NEVER see him again

Everyone was terrific all the staff nurses and doctors were compassionate and caring. They took excellent care of me beforeduring and after my surgery. Although no one wants to be in the hospital Id have no concerns about being seen and cared for at NFRMC in the future.

I was dismayed that Jeremiah the technician who performed my chest xray was unmasked. My husband contacted the feedback person listed on my chart but received no response.

The entire visit was wonderful. From the first floor to the 2nd floor the staff was helpful and friendly. I was there for a out patient surgery. Everything went well and on schedule.❤

I was informed about every step of the process before the surgery. The process was very orderly from preop to discharge.

First I would like to say that the 3 stars should be 5 based on the majority of the staff that I encountered. However the one very big negative thing I have to say is that I had to file a grievance on the surgeon Dr. Rose of north Florida. He scheduled the surgery without talking to me barely spoke to me while in the holding area of the surgery and did not speak to me after my surgery. I saw that man less than 5 minutes for the first surgery that I had in my life. And he spoke to my husband for far more time than he actually spoke to me as a patient even though I was clearly coherent and able to understand the course of my own treatment and medical issues. And quite frankly as a Black woman it definitely feels like I had a much different experience from North Florida than my friends and family members who are white and recently seen here for various issues.

After being told to report to the wrong place and then twice being told there was no appointment scheduled things went somewhat smoothly. The team that performed the stress test was rather good.
