I have been a patient of Dr Zhu for about 12 years and have been very satisfied with the care she has provided. She is thorough and addresses problems as they arise. My only objection is that sometimes the wait time is very long.

Dr Zhu became my sister's doctor when my sister entered assisted living at the start of the covid lockdown. I could not see my sister so I relied on Dr Zhu for reports on my sister's health. But I could never reach Dr. Zhu-- she did not return phone calls or emails. I asked for a copy of my sister's medical records and got no response. Six months after my sister's death I got a bill for services rendered from Dr. Zhu's office. I think Dr Zhu does not exist. sI think Dr,. Zhu does not exisit.

Dr. Zhu took care of me during my recent stay at NFRH. Her care of my complex medical conditions helped me improve and feel better..much better and along with that, she stayed extra time with my family on 2 days to explain procedures but mostly to answer their unending questions. She's remarkably patient, kind and honestly caring!! She also cared for my husband at the VA many years ago and we adored her then too. Make an appointment. You'll be happy you did.

Dr. Zhu listens, but I sometimes feel that our communication is not the best due to language issues. She is kind and attentive, but is quick to recommend a test, for example a chest x-ray for a cough, before considering other options. I sometimes feel that she is not guiding me enough with her professional judgment about the seriousness, or lack thereof, of a particular issue.

Dr. Zhu is kind and very compassionate. In my experience she goes above and beyond what I'm used to seeing with other Doctor's. I would highly reccomend her.

Always listening to me even though she may be entering case information on the computer. Takes the time to let you know what the care plan is.

Dr Zhu has taken care of me and my many medical problem while I was at Emeritus Assisted Living. I knew I would be a problem to any Doctor and Dr Zhu took wonderful care of me during my stay. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her.
