List of Thomas Beers's Reviews
He has been my husband and my Gastroenterologist. He found my husbands Cancer.
Thomas Beers is a great Doctor and I feel fortunate to him as my MD
My husband was seen by Dr Beers three years ago and was treated for colon cancer. We found Dr. Beers to be kind professional and very helpful. The bedside manner can make a big difference when it comes to any news. The kindness and gentle bedside manner of Dr. Beers and his reassurance during this frightening time made all the difference.
Dr Beers was so compassionate and helpful as my husband went through the process of cancer discovery and was directed to surgery. I cannot imagine a person more sincere kind and helpful.
He was cold and rude. He doesnt believe female patients when they describe symptoms. Ignored IBS symptoms completely. Ran many uncomfortable and expensive tests on gastroparesis symptoms. Found nothing told me to just lose 60 lb and discharged me from his practice. No diagnosis no advice no support. Bad doctor worse person.
He inaccurately diagnosed my daughter three weeks ago with Irritable Bowel Syndrome without even the first cat scan or digestive test of any kind. Second visit I went with my daughter had to see his assistant who then scheduled a cat scan.and who also showed surprise he didnt do it the first time. Been waiting almost a week for him to get back with us on the results. No one in the office could answer a question about anything without having to refer to someone else. They were going to schedule my daughters follow up with a third different doctor for her follow up until we insisted on the same one. Whoincidentally couldnt see us for two weeks. Bottom line if you have a problem you seriously need help with do not go to this office with a revolving door of trainees and a conveyor belt of misguided patients1

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
