Thank you Dr. Hipp for the great care you extended me in performing my surgery. It was a long day for Doc in the operating room. Lots of patients. Feeling great after 3 days of healing. Back in fighting shape in no time. Nurses and staff were the kindest and skilled as could be. Thanks again

This is an old review but Dr.Hipp did my first ever surgery when I was about 26 for a gall bladder. He was always great with me in fact I’m writing this review because considering a hernia repair or weightloss I wonder if he can do both 😂

No Information was shared after a colon resection. After several phone calls with problems after surgery was told every one is different. No help what so ever! Found out two years later after seeing g a colo/rectal specialist I have LARS as a result of surgery. Still trying to get the resection fixed!

Im not even a patient there yet. I had called to check on a referral. And Shelley the referral coordinator was rude bc i didnt understand what she was talking about and the papers where not around me. So i was asking someone a question. And she said i was being rude to her.But i told her that it wasnt meant for her. She said she dont care who i was talking to. Then i tried to apologize to Shelley. Then she went on talking over me as i was still trying to apologize. I've left messages to see if the referral was there . and thats been over 4 days ago. But no reply. I guess she holding a grudge against me. Bc I left a message from another phone and she called it back. Im praying she's not. Bc that mean she's stopping me from having the proper care.Im just going to get a referral to another dr. I really feel i wont get the proper care that i need. zero stars and still to this day shelley the referral coordinator still hasn't called me back for an appointment. i do not recommend this place at all. .. Shelley you really need to go back for some training on customer service. The front desk ladies where superb .
