List of Yogi Patel's Reviews
Arrogant rude and dismissive and he hung up on my health care advocate. I’m reporting him to his superior. He was argumentative and bordered on hostile.
I saw Dr. Patel at the emergency room on Newberry Road for about 5 minutes. Shame on me for stopping in there for possible flu symptoms. After he told me that I didn't have the flu and I didn't need to be there he sent me a bill for $983.00! I also received a bill from the emergency room for $2440.25. Since I don't have an insurance policy that will pay for this, they will give me a self pay discount of 20%. OMGosh!!! What is this world coming to? Shame on YOU, Dr. Patel!!!!
Dr. Yogi Patel discharged my 90 yo father on Tuesday oct 30 after being ascessed at the nfrmc stand alone facility on oct 29 and transported to NFRMC. Dr. Curry at the satellite facility said my dad needed to be admitted for treatment to monitor his electrolytes plus breathing treatments and fluid removal drugs. All he received was 4 breathing treatments. NO diuretics and was discharged by Dr. Patel at 4pm oct. 30. Two days later he was back in no brearh and energy. I question Dr. Patels think
I would recommend Dr. Patel after seeing him in the ER at North Florida Medical Center. He was patient answering all my questions . He assured me my condition was not urgent. His explanations to my questions showed his knowledge how patients wanted to be treated. I want to see Dr. Patel as my primary care physician. F. Pandos

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
