Friendly staff. Clean. Lets you go back with your kids and always quick.
My kids spent about 8 years under Dr Faleban is the best dentist for kids. They've grown up now and are off in the Navy. The Navy dentist was amazed at the condition of my kids teeth and the professional work she has done over the years. Thank you so much and your awesome staff.
Be prepared to be fired as a patient. This doctor does not like parents making the decisions for their children. It's the only reason I can think of that we got a certified letter of being fired. I've been to many dentists in different states. This was definitely a first. I do not recommend.
This dentist will fire you without telling you why. We had a great appointment with my child’s teeth being cleaned. I get a certified letter later saying she won’t treat my child anymore. Be prepared to be denied her services.
Make sure you are getting a second opinion before you accept this place to do anything to your kids. My kids have been patients at this place for a while. A year ago or so my son had a cavity and they had to do a crown... didn't think much of it at the time. I trusted the doctor. Came back 6 months ago for a check-up for him and my daughter. All good. I just went a couple of days ago and my daughter apparently had to have 5 crowns !!! for $1000 ( with dental insurance )!!! They were going to send me to a surgical center to have her get full anesthesia for the procedure. For my son, they showed me the price for the two fillings and told me that if I had my son do it right away I would pay less. Never heard anything like that, like a same day discount? lol. By the way, this information was given to me by the receptionist, while the dentist was just sitting behind the desk looking at us, which it was surprising to me that the dentist didn't share this information with me directly. After of course I had many questions, the dentist finally jumped in and told me to come in the back where my son was getting 2 cavities filled, so she could show me the pictures. When I went in the back and still had questions, the second person working on my son was visibly getting frustrated to the point that they told me we could talk after... then why bring me in the back then? the only explanation given was that the cavities were too close to the nerve. Nothing else. They were clearly busy and didn't want to take time to explain me what was going on. The staff was completely different from 6 month ago, which is not good for a place to have such a staff turnover. Other than a tiny table for kids and cartoons on the TV's, there is nothing really kid friendly . I went for a second opinion at Carr Pediatric Dentistry in Riverview and they were able to do 2 fillings- 3 crowns, on the same day, with no full anesthesia for less than $200 ( with dental insurance ). I saved over $800, and didn't have to put my 4 year old daughter thru that surgery. Plus the dentist sat down with me for 30 minutes 1 on 1 to tell me all the options and the whole staff seams super friendly. Nothing really bad happened, but make sure you get a second opinion. Not saying this is the case, but it feels like those stories you hear about doctors having some kind of "bonus" if they sell more Crowns... I'm definitely not going back here.
My son was a new patient, I must say that they are all very friendly and thorough. Everyone took their time explaining things. In addition Dr. Yara was extremely detailed in her explanations as to my next step to improve his teeth and smile. If you are looking for a pleasurable experience for your kids this is the place for you.
Stay away from this office! I really wanted to be able to say something positive about this office, despite the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. I took my daughter there for a cleaning and x-rays and she did amazing. She had a number of cavities to take care of so we scheduled an appointment to take care of two of them. This is when everything turned into a disaster. My husband took her to this appointment and before she was even taken back, two patients were turned away, crying their eyes out. One girl, a teenager, even cried to her mom saying she wasn't resisting she was just crying and they refused to take care of her. On top of that, one parent cursed out a staff member in front of my daughter. When she was finally taken back, both the tech and the doctor were very lazy about the process, "attempting" to put on the bib and because my daughter was simply saying she was scared, they said they couldn't do it. They asked my husband to go back to the room (they refused to let him come back the first time) to help "calm her down". It took all of three minutes for her to be ready to go, but both the tech and the doctor disappeared, making her wait over 15 minutes to start the procedure. When they came back, both the tech and the doctor said very inappropriate things to her like "if you freak out your dad is going to yell at you" then on to "if you freak out then you get to go home". After only five minutes they "gave up" and said she needed to be sedated. Now it gets even more inappropriate. I call back to reschedule and first the secretary says the doctor refuses to see her because she is "too anxious". I try to explain that she was set up for failure between the crying patients, the belligerent parent, and the tech and doctor not even trying. I said it is only fair to give my daughter a second chance. The secretary says she'll ask and calls back leaving a voicemail saying the doctor refuses. I call back, requesting to speak to the doctor. I get the tech instead, who reiterates everything I already knew about the appointment. We go back and forth for about 15 minutes with me explaining that my daughter is being treated unfairly and she should be given just one more chance to get this done and that I should be able to speak to the doctor about this. Finally the tech says she'll speak to the doctor again and will call me back, I reiterate that unless I am getting an appointment I want to speak to the doctor. Never got a call back, but DID get a Certified Letter saying that my daughter is no longer a patient...all because they didn't want to give her a second chance at getting her teeth treated. There is something very sketchy going on at this office. There are way too many negative reviews about patients being turned away over something trivial. As a pediatric dentist, you should understand how to treat children. Dr. Amy clearly has no idea how to do this. I'm going to see what options are available for further investigation because if an office isn't going to treat patients beyond a simple cleaning, then they shouldn't be in business.
Must say very friendly staff the girl on front office she might be a bit loss over all the place is clean and staff explained fees and every detail super clearly definitely recommend
Tengo 3 pequeños y a mis niños siempre los tratan super bien y el personal es amable y las doctoras también . Me gusta porque siempre está limpio y la espera es corta los recomiendo.
Update: Because I left a one star review based on my previous experience, this office removed my son from their paitent list and are refusing to see him. Was told to find another provider. My issue originally was I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they had no record of the appointment ever being made. I insisted I scheduled it earlier that week and they continued on saying they had no record of the appointment and I would have to schedule for a later date. I left this day highly upset due to the lack of professionalism. Out of convenience I decided to give them one last chance only to have the receptionist fabricate a story about how they are not in the wrong for the previous visits scheduling discrepancy and that they are rejecting to see my son because of my previosus reveiw. They had the opportunity to resolve this issue but instead chose to be ignorant. Now everyone can have my honest opinion. After reading the other reviews about how poorly their children were treated at this practice I have no doubt they are correct and I am more than happy to take my child to a practice that will actually care for him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
