My appointment was at 10am. I was seen at 10:50am. It was a very long experience, no apologies given or care that we waited so long. Left the dentist at 12:30pm. No urgency or respect for people’s time.

Extremely thankful for your help. My son, who is not a patient, had a brace emergency this morning Wire from his braces broke free and was stuck in my son’s left cheek. The manager and dental team were quick to offer help and dislodged the wire from my son’s cheek. Unselfish concern and professional courtesy at its best. Thank you for your help today!!

I decided to stop coming to this business because the last time I was there and was seen by both the dentist and hygentist I was told that most of my mouth needed a deep cleaning only having had my teeth cleaned there 5 mos prior. I was given an estimate of approx $2,000. I paid that day and for the deep cleaning and scheduled it, however several days later got a call on a Sunday that the office manager wanted to reschedule as they needed more time which was not true as the hygienist had already told me they needed an hour each time and I had made two appts to get the whole thing done. They said Office manager would call me and she never did. I called and tried to reach her several times and then got a text showing my appt had been moved to another day so I called in and not only had they moved me to another day without my knowledge or concent but also to another hygienist that I had never seen before. I cancelled my appts, got my money back and went to a new Dentist and Hygienist that informed me I did not need any of what they were selling me. I no longer trust this dentist nor do I recommend if you have a special needs person in your life that you need to bring here as they are insensitive. Prior to this appt I brought my person in and the Hygienist asked me if my daughter was high or low fuctioning as she lay in the chair right next to her getting ready to get her teeth cleaned ! This was not the same hygienist that said I needed the deep cleaning. How insensitive do you have to be to ask that question, while she explained that she had someone in her family I believe a step grandchild that had a disability.... No Thank you!!

Super nice staff and they offer all services on the weekends!!!

I had an emergency Friday evening. My crown fell off of my front tooth and they were able to see me on Saturday. This is great. They’re open on the weekends. Dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me great bedside manners and very professional. The girls in the front were amazing one great customer service very friendly made you feel like Home.
