I had an appointment today for a pulmonary function test. When I showed up at the office the door was locked by peering in I could see the inside was totally dark there was no one there and I have called several times and no one answers and no one calls me back so I’m beginning to wonder if this person is a real doctor or what is going on

Dr. Samy is an amazing wealth of knowledge. He is an amazing doctor, I have seen him since 2012 and will never leave him. He says it how it is. You may not want to hear what he says but he is 100% correct. He pulls no punches and I love that directness from him. No guessing games no bs he is straightforward and if you let him and work with him you will most definitely see improvements. He is an amazing team player and will do anything for your best health and care. He really really cares. He helps me feel relaxed and safe in his hands at all times. He does have a kind and gentle manner about him as well. Love him. God Bless him always.

Dr. Sami is an excellent pulmonologist. They are always quick to respond and call in life-saving medication if you get sick while under his care. I highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate how frank he is! He covered all bases. I was very grateful for his help! I saw him after having pneumonia a year and a half ago and we discussed my fragrance allergy at my annual follow up visit.

I’ve been a patient for 5+ years. Refills for expired prescriptions are requested electronically by the pharmacy. PROBLEM: The mailbox for his voicemail was full for over a week, thus no requests for refills were received. I personally attempted to contact his office with the above results. Out of frustration I called yesterday and someone answered. I explained the problem of both myself and the pharmacy being unable to have a prescription refilled in a timely manner. She simply said she’ll have the doctor send another to the pharmacy. There was no acknowledgement or apology for my experience and prescription delay. It was more of an attitude that “they couldn’t be bothered”. TO DR. SAMY: 1. I am putting you on notice. If you are unaware of how your office staff is conducting business on your behalf, then you need to make some major improvements immediately! 2. Your office manager is ultimately responsible for the conduct and efficiency of your admin staff. In this regard I can say your manager FAILED!

Dr was very kind and knowledgeable, very compassionate, he explained things throughly, was very caring and took time to make me feel comfortable and able to use my inhaler properly. I did not feel "like a number" with him, actually he took time to listen to me and provide excellent care. The medication he switched me to worked so well that I have not had problems at all.
