I Love Dr. Patel and Kris, Bristol and Melissa. The best Dr's office in the area. Kind and caring, efficient and knowledgeable.

Dr. Patel is fantastic. Great bedside manner and very personable. He took his time answering my questions during my examination, and his staff was decently pleasant.

Did nothing to prevent suicide of his patient despite written plea for him to see patient and continue prescribing maintenance medications. More recently, advised his PT to go to ER then refused to be involved with his patient who was admitted, due to ER doctor incorrectly documenting another Dr. Patel as the PCP; pt had surgery, went to rehabilitation facility, discharged to HHA. Did not inquire about his PT & did not contact PT during episodes of care in 3 different health homes. This doctor seems not to care.
