Rajasri Krishnamurthy's Online Review Report Card

I recently moved to the area, and Dr. Krish was recommended to me by a nurse who works for a different doctor. She had excellent reviews online, so I made an appointment and was able to get in relatively quickly. Mind you, I set the bar pretty high -- my previous doctor of many years was awesome, and what's more important than your health? It seems like most doctors these days (when you can finally get in to see them) are in and out as quickly as possible and treat questions as an annoyance rather than a legitimate right to understand your own conditions and treatments. Both Dr. Krish and her staff were amazing. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health history so she could prescribe appropriate screenings. She explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is also available for virtual visits when I'm traveling. Crystal went above and beyond to answer a question about my insurance coverage for a particular test (something my provider was incapable of answering correctly). So I can't recommend this office highly enough, even though doing so might make her too popular and (selfishly) less available for me.

Most caring doctor I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Follows up on any adverse conditions or symptoms and makes referrals when necessary to assure correct diagnosis. Takes time to explain lab results, discuss possible causes, and suggest lifestyle changes to improve overall health.

This Dr took time to listen to me & prepare a appropriate plan for my care . I trust her with life & well being . Very professional & caring .

Did not care for bedside manner. Also was difficult for me to understand. She did call me to talk on the phone which was impressive but it was especially difficult to understand her by phone.

My grandmother goes here and I went with her one day and this doctor was so sweet to her. I thought that was great that she made her feel so comfortable because my grandmother doesn't like or trust anyone.

Horrible experience. I went here for a regular checkup looking for a new family doctor. The doctor noticed my heart rate was a bit low and used an EKG to get a better idea of what was going on. She had no clue how to read the results of the EKG. She freaked out and told me to rush to the ER. I took the printout from the EKG and made a few phone calls to get descent doctors to look at it. They said it was a normal re-polarization common in people my age. Krishnamurthy is an incompetent doctor who doesn't know how to use her own equipment nor has the networking skills to give you any sort of knowledgeable answer.

It takes forever for someone to answer the phone. When they do they put you on hold again
