The doctor is good but the woman at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. And they asked me if they wanted a call with the test results. I said yes, not knowing this phone call counts as an office visit and I was charged my office visit copay!

Never listens to women patients. I told him I was going to get a second opinion and he not only hung up the phone on me but sent me a letter dismissing me as his patient. At age 75 he needs to retire. I will never recommend him.

My review is kind of mixed, while personally I liked the doctor I felt used. I went in for a stone and was never informed I would have a stint and that I would need to go back to a surgical center and under anastisia again to have it removed. I believe doctor has a good ol boy thing going with Key West surgical center where everyone makes money. Everyone gets paid for the proceedure and gets paid again to remove the stint. Stints can be removed in the office when the doctor puts in the right stint but nobody gets paid a second time. The staff are fiendly but not very tech savy, they don't know how to access records that have been E mailed and sometimes even faxed. My opinion is deal with these people at your own risk, you've been warned!!
