Kindred Hospital North Florida's Online Review Report Card

The nurse applied stinging antifungal cream for my daughter's rash and left the room for me to clean it off. The next day an investigation was orchestrated to ban me from visiting to prevent my oversight "pending investigation" ie til she's discharged.

This place should be closed down . Don't send your loved ones here, unless it's to die. I was a patient there and was rescued and sent to another hospital. It had a strong funky odor down one hallway leading out to the front hallway. The nurses were not clean, didn't change cloves as often as they should have. When I left there I had a bed sore on my back, big enough to put your fist in.

I would recommend kindred to anyone. I am very thankful for all theStaff in the ltach side and ARU side. I am thankful for all the providers. I had a goal when I arrive to kindred it was to be able to watch my daughter graduate college. I have achieve my goal I will be able to go home tomorrow. Without the help of the caring kindred staff I would of not been able to achieve my goal. Very happy and I love everyone here.

Do not send your family there. They killed my grandmother on super bowl Sunday 2012. That place is a dump. My grandmother was so afraid of that place while she was there. After a while she was always medicated and not coherent. I’m sorry, but I would never trust this place.

Case update as of 4/27/22 Kindred S Howard, Tampa FL. This message is for Chief Executive Officer "Sudandra Ratnasamy". I am still waiting for your call to go over the unfortunate experience, lack of medical care consistency and lack of proper assessment my father received while under the care of your incompetent doctor, unprofessional nurse floor supervisor "Michelle" and overworked nursing staff. The letter you sent me in the mail is missing "critical clinical information" you're certainly not aware as to what happened or you didn't have time to review my father's chart notes. I would gladly provide you with this important information. This case is not closed YET. To all prospect patients please do NOT GO TO KINDRED. Empathy, care and standard quality care is non-existent here at kindred. Save yourself or love one from a nightmare or death. "CARE IS NOT AT THEIR CORE"

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the ARU Doctor’s, Nurses, CNA’s, Physical Therapist’s, Occupational Therapist’s, Speech Therapist’s, and Dr. Nabizadeh for giving every effort to get my dad back on the road to recovery. I honestly do not think he would have survived anywhere else without their determination and plan for his recovery. Thank you..THANK YOU ALL!

The CNA Gary on the day shift was great and also Nurse John day shift was as well. Over all the hospital was great and I would have to admit I really hate leave and be discharge :):)

I would recommend kindred hospital and kindred ARU to anyone that is needing any medical servives. My wife was a patient there and today she gets to go home in very great health. I am very thankful for what everyone has done for my wife while being a patient there. When she was admitted there she gets was on a ventilator she is now off ventilator breathing on her own. The staff are all very friendly and caring. Everyone treated us like family. It's just a great environment and lots of smiling faces. Very thankful for everything and we are both very happy we chose kindred. We will miss everyone

Kindred Hospital is a hospital 100% geared towards patient recovery. Everyone who works here has the patient’srecovery and best interest as their goal. Kindness and compassion surround the hospital. My husband was transferred from another hospital where they gave him zero chance of ever coming off the ventilator but Kindred Hospital made that happen. We love them and will be eternally grateful 🙏❤️🙏

Food was very good
