List of Maria Mora's Reviews
My special needs son was assigned Dr. Mora as his PCP by his new insurance provider, and I was assured that she was an excellent physician. I found the opposite to be true. It was very clear from the beginning of our introductory appointment that Dr. Mora was completely out of her depth with regards to a child as medically complex as my son. She was unable to answer many of my questions and gave me a lot of incorrect information. She attempted to listen to my son's heartbeat, and told me that he would need a cardiologist appointment, EEG, and EKG immediately. There is nothing wrong with my son's heart, as confirmed by his current pediatrician and cardiologist. Dr. Mora may be competent at providing well check-ups on perfectly healthy children. But, if your child experiences any illnesses at all, I would not rely on her opinion. And if your child already has a diagnosed condition that requires ongoing management, I would avoid her completely.
WARNING. Deception in billing. They will try to overcharge Tricare to add extra services to payments. If they are so focused on extra fees, when are they listening to your child?
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Doctor Mora’s very professional. I would definitely comeback and highly recommend this pediatric practice.

Very rude and nasty Dr, stay away from her nasty attitude towards parents and children. I truly think she hates her profession
This office has become a nightmare recently. I have been bringing all three of my kids to see Dr. Mora for years. We usually saw the nurse practicioner Cari, however since she left we've been seeing Dr. Mora. I use to appreciate her straight to the point, no nonsense attitude. I use to say any complaints about the staff where most likely instigated by poor attitudes. However, in the past several months I have watched Dr. Mora disregard recommendations by overseeing specialist. Undo therapies set up by Cari that were showing significant benefits to my child. Then when dealing with an E. R. event had to contend with uninterested and callus staff. It's been a shocking experience and I will be severing our long-term relationship with Dr. Mora's office.
As a pt's mother for 17 years I can say It is very easy to get an appointment and always has been in my experience. (I don't understand why some people said otherwise.) The office has been very efficient over the years. The Nurse Practioner (sorry can't spell her name) is so very sweet. Dr Mora is very good too just not as sugary. Lol I am very happy with Dr Mora's practice and grateful they are here.
My child had an appointment Friday. When we arrived there was a note stating no entry without masks. I talked to the office 3 times before our visit by phone and not once did they say we needed to bring a mask. They do not give out masks. I had to cancel my childs appointment sadly as she is a new seizure patient and they said i could go to Winn Dixie to buy some and come back but i wouldnt make it back in time for my scheduled appointment. Would have been nice to know before hand or atleast provide masks like the VA does even if youre wearing your own. DO BETTER HEALTHCARE!!
Took my son there because he wasn't feeling good. Dr. Mora checks him out says there's nothing wrong with him even though the (sickness is going through our house). Pull out of the Dr office and he starts puking all in the car. Will be looking for a different DR. For my son.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
