Dr. Kathy is the best and cares about every one of her patients.

I have been a patient for many years. I absolutely love the Physician Assistant Jody. However the staff person is very rude this is the second time this happened. This ittime I could not over look it without making a comment. I will definitely look into finding another Dr. With hopes of the office training the staff on how to treat the patients. If you don't like your job and don't want to deal with the public work a factory job.

Doctor is awesome, receptionists hate’s her life or job you’ll get threatened like to. Everything else in reviews apply.

Office not run well. Needs management. Can't get appointments quickly, waited for appointment for flu symptoms for a week. Ended up in ER. Isn't good at sending referrals if required by your insurance. Wait in office always 1+ hours.

Only reason why I gave one star is because you can’t give zero. The worst doctor office ever!!! Between the lady that answers the phone and the staff I don’t know what’s worse. I had an appointment today in which I called to cancel because I woke up sick with 102.2 fever coughing up phlegm runny nose body Aches. So the receptionist “miss attitude” said we are going to charge you a $25 cancellation fee what???? I can come in and spread the germs if you’d like, But I was trying to be considerate about other people in the office. Then I asked if the doctor could send in a buterol treatment because I have severe asthma and I’m sick and that’s when it bothers me the most. She tells me no she won’t put in for my asthma medication that I don’t have. I have to pay the $25 cancellation fee to even do the appointment over the phone. How is it canceled if I’m seeing the doctor over the phone?? We are still in a pandemic at least have some respect for your other patients since obviously the staff don’t care.

Worst service ever and care from 15 year client. Dr Kathy lied about refills on file being expired just to get additional office fee. Do not go here office personal not knowledgeable about even the simplest medication rules and how to treat or care for a patient. Will not return and warn others

Dr Kathy and the ARNP staff are wonderful. However- the office staff is atrocious. Rude and incompetent. No call to inform me that my provider couldn’t come in today? Currently looking for a new provider.

Dr. Rathbun-Duncan, Carrianne ARNP, and Jodie have helped me stay healthy and happy. I have been with their group of doctors for more than 17 yrs. Thank you so much for helping me keep Crohns disease in remission. Thank you for caring about my mental health. Thank you for the telemedicine visits as well as having a triage in the office. You have been there for us during this pandemic too. God bless you all.

I have been using Dr. Kathy as my primary doctor for over 15 years. I left her office due to my job and travel schedule. I have just recently returned to her and I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate her as a Doctor, a mother, a wife, a daughter and just as a kind hearted and caring person. I will also add that her staff has been nothing but kind, caring, and professional as well. I have never left a review for anything in my life, but I have felt very compelled to write my first ever online review because I think there is a lot of misleading reviews on here. We all have are likes and dislikes about plenty of things in our lives, but if you find her practice not for you that's understandable. But just like all of us we work hard and dedicate ourselves to our jobs and try hard to balance our professional lives with our personal lives. And I know as a FACT Dr. Kathy takes her patients and her career just as serious as we all do with our careers. So thank you to everyone at Dr. Kathy's office for all you do!!! Especially in these trying times we all find ourselves in.

Overall had a good experience. I'm a new patient a little reluctant about going to this office due to the reviews but so far I do not have any complaints.
