Dr. Arenstein is great but management sucs !! it took 4 (four) days to refill my medicine :(
This Dr shouldnt b caring for pts....Office refused treatment out of network for 80 yr old womab with squamous cell carcinoma infecting 70-80% of hef sinus...Family wanted to care for pt in boston where lots of support for recovery, this office was obstructive in everyway possible..We even had Florida Blue helping us because the office personal was lying to me and the insurance company. This office wants your money!!!!! They do NOT care about pts...PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE!!!
Love Dr. Arenstein. He has been cutting back his hours but I love, love, love his new office space. 1st Class!
If anyone knows where Dr. Arenstein is please tell me. You will be seen by a nurse. I love his nurse, she's wonderful BUT I don't believe he is practicing in that office EVER.
I called there with an emergency with a question about Oxygen and was transferred three times to a secretary that is on vacation and they never bothered to return the call, just awful. I don't think they care in the slightest about there patients.
The staff is EXTREMELY rude, you will never see the Dr. I was a patient for 3 years and only now do I know what he looks like as his picture is posted on this site. If you need medication for blood pressure, etc and they are booked...you will die before they scheduled an appointment for you. I do not recommend this office. The staff couldn't care less about you. When you call trying to get an appointment they are smacking gum and talking to their friends in the background as you are explaining.
I've been their patient for several years, mostly for convenience reasons. They open the office at 8:30, so you can get an appointment before the regular work hours, and they also collect lab samples on site, sparing you a trip to the lab facility. Unfortunately, the quality of care keeps going down. There is a big churn of doctors/registered nurses, meaning that you'll be seen by another doctor or nurse on each visit. Once the lab results arrive, they'll just call you up to pick up prescriptions, without any explanation or discussion. After having the same experience several times, I gave up and changed my doctor.
"After numerous visits to this practice they could not diagnose my illness. They blew off my symptoms, as if I were making them up." THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING TO ME i was attempting to explain to dr. arenstein that i was experiencing both depression and physical ailments. he immediately put me on antidepressants and ignored the physical ailments i was describing, almost laughing about it. he even told me to just get a job. not only did the antidepressants make my problems worse, his actions convinced me my problems weren't real. it took me a while before i figured out a severe head injury i had a long time ago was causing problems. go to the italian restaurant next door if you need medical help before going to dr. arenstein. at least they have some semblance of family values and compassion. what a terrible doctor.
If all you want is to be on meds and a lab rat and get no helpful feedback then I reccomend .seems like the office hires people that are still in college learning and trying to obtain their degree .
After numerous visits to this practice they could not diagnose my illness. They blew off my symptoms, as if I were making them up. Probably even thought I was displaying drug-seeking behavior when in fact I was actually sick.I attended another physician, where they found out the problem after one visit.I do not recomend this practice at all to anyone unless you want to waste your copay money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
