DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE. Charging me for appointments that never took place, phone lines are always “out of service.” They have changed their name multiple times and they keep going in and out of business. Truly the worst DR experience of my life. Do not give your credit card/insurance info to these people.

Terrible place. Inexperienced staff. Over charge patients. Speak with patients over speaker violating hippa laws. Therapist heather called dcf on me by mistake and did it own up to it. I do not recommend this center.

Lovely staff. Extremely intake process w RN. I can’t believe that I waited so long to seek assistance. Dr. Shawn is compassionate, thorough and within weeks I felt like a new person. I am more grateful than words can express.

Worst run business I have ever seen. This place is very money hungry and seems their only concern is how and when they can take money from you. The staff and their communication with each other is extremely unorganized. I had a bad experience with them right away and told them I don’t wish to continue service with them any longer and they somehow managed to not get the memo or make note of me saying that and continued to call me for appointments. Not the smartest staff I’ll tell you that, and they don’t listen on top of it. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!!

This staff is super rude. Today, I had one staff member hang up the phone on me several times and she didn't care about getting in trouble because her manager is just the same. If you're reading these comments, stay away from these people, find you a better place. I only stay for Callahan and I wish she'd just leave them already or I could see her under a different provider but that's it for me.

The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They don’t get back to you. They hung up on me a few times. My prescription is never right. Every month is an issue. They charged me for my appointment and I waited on telehealth and nobody showed up. I called them and they left me on hold and then never got back to me. They are a mess and they shouldn’t be in charged of handling anyone’s mental health being this unorganized. Seriously it is not okay and someone needs to hire professionals. Words can’t describe how upset this place has made me.

The office is unbeleviably unprofessional, unorganized, and just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other places to get treatment, I highly suggest you don't waste your time with this one. Wish I could give zero stars.

Unorganized and money hungry. Doesn’t care about people, problems with billing and Robert constantly. Wendy is rude, everytime I ask to speak to manager or some one else they say no one is here. They whisper amongst each other’s because they themselves don’t know what to do. The doctors are great. Ryan C Is amazing. It’s the management and policy. I been here for a month. They always canceling appts. Do yourself a favor and save the anxiety! As a mixed women I wanted to support this black owned business but smh 🤦♀️
