Dr. Mullan treats me for migraines. I have a complex situation involving migraines, TMJ, two bulging discs in cervical, carpal tunnel, and leaky gut. He methodically ruled in or out each diagnosis with a range of tests. By using aggressive migraine treatments, which allows for more conservative treatments. Before Dr. Mullan, I did not have a physician who applied detail to all of those individual areas. I am thankful for his attention to detail.

Almost every single visit with Dr. Mullan was a let down and then a let down again when I realized he didn’t follow through with the planned care we talked about from each visit. Despite being in tears in severe pain from arthritis, frequent muscle spasms and another unknown cause of pain in my lower back, Dr. Mullan offered a topical cream that I told him would most definitely NOT help me but I tried it anyway.. I was not asking for narcotics, but I did tell him after about 3 visits that what he was doing wasn’t helping me at all and I desperately needed help managing my pain. At that point he said that’s all he would offer and asked if I wanted a referral somewhere else. It was at that visit that he told me about a rare issue he knew about that my mri had shown yet he never told me about it previously for some reason.. The issue very well could contribute to my pain.. That was my last visit because I chose to go elsewhere and get a second opinion. Please don’t waste critical time.

I have been seeing Dr. Mullan for a of couple years now and he has always been very attentive and he is incredibly easy to talk to. I always feel as though he is listening to me and has my best interests in mind. I feel that his goal is always to help lessen my pain and if something doesn’t work well he isn’t afraid to switch it up. I’m very grateful to him for the care he has shown.

During my procedure when I was getting some pain shots the doctor was training someone at the same time. I felt like I was not the top priority during the procedure. He seemed to lose focus and was unsure where to place the pain shot. I did not get any relief. Very unprofessional.
