Excellent overall experience. Efficient staff. This was my first appointment with this orthopedic surgeon, so I was anticipating listening to a "hard sell" for surgery. Instead, he considered less invasive remedies. He seems to listen and explain well. I recommend this doctor based on my initial office visit/consult.

This will be my second shoulder surgery with Dr. O’Grady and he is fantastic! Explained things very easy to understand and his PA’s are amazing as well.

PA C Key I cannot thank him enough he listen with understanding, very compassionate, immediately looked at my X-Rays and administered a Steroid injection and today Thursday I feel good thank you… I would also like to thank all the staff from the time I was checked and all of the doctors staff and Melanie for their kindness, enthusiasm, super courteous with positive attitudes and smiles.
