David Kellen's Online Review Report Card

My dad is a patient and has had the worst care so far. He does not go to the doctor unless something is seriously wrong with him. Hes got no bedside manor and does not care about his patients. He does not listen or explain things. The only reason we haven't gone to another doctor is because he needs immediate care and every other doctor takes too long to get an appointment. We are not pleased at all!

Rude, if you want to waste your time on a zoom call just for Kellen to give you the bs, go ahead. Rude, sarcastic, if its not important to him, you wasting your time. Reccomend trying another doctor.

Not a huge fan of this guy he sent me home with a abscess said here take some antibiotics and come back Monday within that period my condition got worse. Monday I was told to go to the ER immediately. I was told that my issue should have been taken care of on Saturday upon my Initial visit. Lesson learned.

He saw my daughter at Baptist UC on Airport. She had mucous coming out of her eyes and she was running a fever. He said it was allergies, didn’t even bother to check anything other than looking at her eyes, acted like I was wasting his time by being there and was completely condescending when he spoke to me. I took her to her pediatrician the following Monday because I knew something wasn’t right and they said she had a raging double ear infection and her eustachian tubes were more than likely so inflamed that the mucous couldn’t pass at all so it was backing up out of her tear ducts. My child missed school for two additional days because he couldn’t even be bothered to check her ears when I brought her in. Had he checked, he would’ve seen her ears and could have prescribed an antibiotic that would have cleared the infection up rather than my child having to suffer for 4 more days. Sorry excuse for a doctor and he should be ashamed of the way he talks to people.

Orders tests but then does not look at the results. He seems pleasant until you ask for more information, then he switches to almighty doctor mode.

Poor. We gave Dr. Kellen lots of chances but we never got the care we needed. He thinks giving a steroid shot to everyone who walks in his office is good medicine, even before he sees the patient. Try to get a referral ... he doesn't think the patient deserves to see a more qualified professional. Finally got my OB-GYN to refer my husband to an ENT, which was quite a story. (Who referred you, again?) The office manager raised her voice at my husband when our bill was past due, even though he was in the office earlier that week asking if we owed anything. They people at the window said all accounts were current. Her response was, why didn't you ask for me?? We found a great practitioner in a well run practice, so yes, they do exist.

First class operation with an excellent staff and true concern for your needs. The Best !!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff, I think maybe her name was Dorian and she was at the reception desk and wow she is funny. Made me feel more comfortable and the whole visit continued in vary caring manner. Even the doctor seemed to take a good approach and immediately addressed one issue. I will let you know more as we go, but certainly a great start.

He was very sarcastic and actually raised his voice saying, “1 don’t have a crystal ball “. When asked what the blood test would reveal, He says what ever I order. Very rude in my opinion. Just a very poor bedside manor.
