I have never seen Dr. Uebelhart, but I have seen two of her PAs, both of whom were excellent. I will however have to find a new PCP because the office staff is veryrude. Three times that I visited there the front staff were rude and they are also rude on the phone, furthermore, when you call the office you get a call center out of state and you are on hold an average of 15 minutes. When you have a medical issue it takes 24 -48 hrs for a callback— on one occasion it was four days before I received a call back

She listened to me and made me feel heard. She did not make me feel rushed like some doctors can. She was kind, encouraging but gave me suggestions to improve my health and did not sugar coat but was not mean about it. I even had what I thought was a minor issue but she suggested I get it checked out (mri) to rule out anything. No hint of “your fine, its nothing”. None of that dismissiveness feeling at all. First time visit with her; she seems like an amazing doctor to have. Very fortunate to found her.

First appointment with Dr Uebelhart and it was terrific! She took her time and answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend.

It was my first visit to Doctor Uebelhardt. I was sad to learn that she is leaving to work part time and will not be my permanent PCP. Baycare has been losing a lot of PCPs. Dr. Uebelhardt is my fourth PCP in three years. I have not been able to establish a permanent PCP since Dr. Holly Marshall took a promotion four years ago. I am getting frustrated that Baycare cannot keep the PCPs working for them.

She’s the best doctor I ever had. She’s so caring, professional, take all the time I need to listen and to plan the best and safe care . I believe that food is medicine and prevents illness and she’s a wonderful guide for it. I’m sad to know that she’s leaving Pasadena Bay Care Clinic. I’ll follow her to any location she’ll be. I’m trying to figure out where she’ll. A doctor like her is very hard to find.

Dr. Ubelhardt is a careful listener, is knowledgable, is thorough, is respectful, and generally fills me with confidence each time I visit. Dr. U is the only reason I stay with Baycare.
