Incompetent.
Warning! Before you make an appointment to see her, please read my review. You will not want to see her after reading it. During my Tele-health visit there were children running around in the background screaming the whole time. She was sitting in her living room and kept taking her eyes off the screen to look at them. This was extremely distracting and upsetting to me sitting there as a patient expecting a doctor to listen. Finally, she decided to acknowledge it and had to yell at someone named Jonathan to calm them down. She is extremely unprofessional, rude, and inattentive with no compassion whatsoever. She never even broke a smile at all. I was very upset after I got off of that call and I immediately called my insurance company to file a complaint against her. I also filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health. After doing some digging, I found that other complaints have been filed against her as well! In addition to all of that, she was very difficult to understand due to the language barrier and her broken English.
Doctor Odocha did a great job managing and explaining the meds for anxiety and got us on the right track.
I have been going to Dr Odocha for a long time. She is extremely Thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Odocha was very helpful to me at first in achieving a diagnosis, but I do not feel that she really cares about me as a patient. Our conversations are always feel rushed and she charges full price for an "appointment" that sometimes lasts no longer than 5 minutes.
Really helped my daughter
Unprofessionsal and UNACCEPTABLE!. After changing psychiatrists for med management I made an appt with Dr. Odocha. She cancelled and rescheduled to today - which is LITERALLY the day I will run out of meds. On our telehealth call she just REFUSED to refill the medication for me b/c it was our first consultation. NOT MY FAULT - SHE CANCELLED 2 weeks ago. Was very unsympathetic and showed no empathy in helping me to avoid side effects of stopping this medication abruptly. She just made excuses for why she had to cancel 2 weeks ago. I am going to report her to the professional board.
Experienced doctor who is very responsive and caring.
After being ready to give up I found Dr. Odocha for my husband’s condition. As a spouse of someone with mental health issues it is very important for me to have a doctor include me in treatment. Dr. Odocha not only includes me in my husband’s care she values my opinions and concerns. She actually listens to my input and takes into consideration my observations. Even during the restrictions due to COVID she found a way to see my husband either virtually or by phone. It is so refreshing and comforting to know my husband is in the very capable, knowledgeable, and caring hands of this wonderful professional. When I thanked Dr. Odocha for including me she told me she treats her patients like her family. I almost cried. After all my husband has been through with unsympathetic doctors, doctor changes, office staff that treats him like a paycheck and not a patient, med changes, not being able to get his meds, or offices that he can’t get an appointment I am grateful to have found Dr. Odocha. Wonderful and caring doctor.
Dr. Ochoa is an amazing doctor. She's caring, supportive, and has a fantastic sense of humor. I highly recommend her. 😄

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
