The staff and doctor minix are very professional caring & patient They truly care about their patients. You never feel rushed in and rushed out they take their time with you and all questions. I've been going to doctor Minnix for about 15 years he's absolutely wonderful.

I've been going to Dr Minnix for 8 years now, he is a GREAT doctor. He actually was the first to find my potential cancer and get me to see the right specialist, which in turn, saved my life. I can't say enough about his staff, always helpful, and willing to make an appointment that works for me. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you to the entire practice, Dr Carlson as well.

Dr. Minnix is the most experienced physician I have ever seen in my 69 years. I have lived and received medical care in a number of different states including New York, Wisconsin, Georgia, and California, and it is a great surprise and joy to be Dr. Minnix’s patient in Florida. Finally, I have great care after 30 years of misdiagnosis. I regret not getting better care earlier, but look forward to many years ahead with my children and grandchildren. Thank you, Dr. Minnix.

I've been seeing DrMinnix for several years now (after having seen 4 other Doctors which seemed to be more interested in quantity of patients rather than quality of patient health). DrMinnix always takes time to listen to my concerns; to discuss what ailments are bothering me; he always listens to my breathing (his assistant always checks my vitals and goes over my list of prescription drugs); he displays a caring nature. He'll be my Doctor until one of us dies!

I am a 65 year old woman. dr minnix is my primary care dr. I had a terrible fall flat onto my face & at my age that can lead to blood clots or stroke i immediately made an appointment with him. The next day was also my yearly physical. After an hour of waiting he came in. He did none of the normal exams & never put me on the table. He even joked about my "shiner" but with no interest in examining the injury, scheduling an xray or anything else. I began to describe what happened and he, literally while i was mid sentence, walked out the door. I waited a while longer, thinking surely he would be right back, the nurse came in and said he was done with me. I was shocked!! & upset. I didn't even get to explain the reason for my visit! As I was checking out I was very emotional, then said I will need to get someone else to examine my injury. I did. I got an xray elsewhere and there is a hairline fracture in my eye socket. A few weeks later i got a uti. I only have one kidney so its important for me to get antibiotics asap which he is of course aware of. After 5 days of letting his staff know of my uti, it becoming worse, and receiving no response, the secretary finally informed me that HE decided he wouldn't be treating me any more. He claimed I so called, "fired" him, and I should go to a free clinic!!! He is my PC?? NEVER AGAIN! His thin skinned negligence not informing me for 5 days could have led to the loss of my kidney, or worse. He seems nice, but when you really doctor, HE IS USELESS. Apparently his staff is no better.

Doctor Minnix is a very experienced, professional and caring physician. I have been in search for a doctor that made me feel comfortable and not just a patient number. I highly recommend him. His staff are also some of the nicest ladies in the field. You also usually get one of the 3 patient rooms with amazing views of the barrier islands here in Pinellas County. It really helps you relax while you're waiting to see the doctor. Sometimes I even see dolphin while I'm waiting.

Dr Minnix is one of the smartest and kindest primary care Doctor's that I've ever had. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Minnix is a good listener. He points out discrepancies on your chart and explains them in a clear and concise manner.
