This place is awesome...Even when this place seems busy, the wait time is not very long. I'm usually in and out very quickly. Monica who works up front at the desk is sweet, and Dr. Enrique Ortiz Guzman is a great doctor. I'm very comfortable going to this place.

Por medio de la presente quiero formalizar una denuncia a la clínica y específicamente a la recepcionista que se encontraba allí al momento de mi visita por DISCRIMINACIÓN RACIAL. La señora me expresó en un perfecto español que no podía ayudarme a completar las planillas requeridas para ser atendida, y textualmente me indicó "que estaba en un país donde se habla inglés". Entiendo que los Estados Unidos no tiene idioma oficial. La señora no mostró interés alguno por ayudarme, buscar ayuda con un traductor en el centro de atención al cliente de la clínica, o algún empleado (como suele suceder en los centros de atención médica, cuando no se habla el idioma inglés como primera lengua), negándome así la posibilidad de ser atendida por el Dr. Ortiz y retirarme con el malestar físico que tenía. Alzo mi voz para que este tipo de situaciones no afecten a otras personas como me sucedió a mi.

Doctor Guzman has been my PCF now for 8 years , he's the best most caring thorough doctor i have ever delt with in my 14 year's i have lived in Florida i could recommend him to anyone .
