GREAT DOCTOR. VERY THOROUGH. COMPASSIONATE AND KIND. Provider rating for the doctor-top notch. Most office staff i rate poor. Dr. Lopez’s office staff never answers the phone when you call. You ALWAYS have to leave message and they take long to answer-sometimes days Staff always has an attitude of "I can't be bothered "and saying they were busy with patients (WHO ARE WE))They are closed on Friday so if we wanted an appt it would be for the next week or even two. UNACCEPTABLE for a doctor’s office whom you NEED to see for a medical problem. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr. Lopez is an ok doctor. Once you finally get to see him, after waiting no less than 45 minutes after your appointment time, he listens and most times is accurate in his diagnostic. The big problem I have with them is the staff. They are extremely unprofessional, don't care for patients, ignore them, are rude and act as if they were doing you a favor. I have had a special horrible experience with Kelly, who is supposed to be there to draw blood, call in prescriptions to the pharmacy and other duties that I'm not aware. 2 weeks ago, I waited over 24 hrs after the Dr. prescribed antibiotics for her to call it in. Last Mon. , SHE gave me an appt over the phone to draw blood on Wed. at 9. I was there at 9 and at 9:35 after following up a couple of times, she very rudely told me (1) she had other patients before me (which was not true, I was the only one there for blood), that my appointment was at 10:45 and said good by and waved at me.

this office NEVER answers the phone, leave multiple messages throughout the week still no call back (and they CLAIM to check their messages every 15-20 minutes). Staff is horrible and very rude. (why be in healthcare if youre that way). If youre looking for a Dr. this is NOT it. I would literally run the other way from this office. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Dr. Lopez is a doctor that truly cares about his patients. I had "white coat syndrome" and once I started going to Dr. Lopez the white coat syndrome stopped.

My husband and I go together, he is diabetic, now it is under control numbers are excellent, after a short time seeing Dr. Lopez . He cares about his patients. I too have issues high blood pressure, copd now too. Under control and feeling better. Easy to get appointments, good staff, very caring office. Best service we have had in years. The doctor listens to you, what a relief and it shows in our health
