Although I am a new patient, in the 86 years I’ve been alive Chen Hallandale is the best medical center I have ever attended. everyone is considerate and compassionate. i love the activities they offer. but most of all I ❤️ love my Dr. Dr G. Of the many physician services over the 30 years I have lived here in Broward cty. Chen Medical has given me the best care and understanding when seeing my doctor. They were eager to change appointments when I became unavailable. The personnel are courteous and well informed. I never have seen anyone without a smile when I asked for information which makes me feel my life is in good hands.

Beware! Yesterday I called the phone number that was online for a doctor I was interested in changing to as my primary care physician as he had taken wonderful care of my mother before she passed away several years ago. I was transferred to a woman who represented herself as the doctor’s personal representative. I asked if the doctor what any plans to retire and was assured that he didn’t. The woman offered to change my doctor with my insurance company and she set up an appt for me. When I confirmed the address I was informed that he was now with Chen. After I hung up from the call I became a little concerned and called back the original phone number. They confirmed that yes he was now with Chen but was planning on retiring in January or February. The woman I spoke to at Chen sent me a text with a picture of her business card which showed that she not his personal representative but instead a “ membership growth coordinator”. In my opinion, she completely lied to me. I immediately called my insurance company and informed them that I did not want this change. I would have been stuck with a doctor I did not know or want!

I am very happy being a member of Chen Medical Center. I am received very promptly by the doctor whenever I attend the clinic and buy video call he is also very prompt and on time. I am able to reach out to my doctor on WhatsApp anytime I might need a refill on medication or any other issues and he responds very promptly. He is very courteous and polite and he listens very attentively. Whenever I need a referral to a specialist he also quickly provides that for me. It's a very well-run facility.
