I love the staff and my doctor until he left the practice. I love my new doctor too.

I wouldn’t recommend him as a doctor to my worst enemy. I waited five hours for a call back just to ask if I could take an aspirin in the meantime while I waited for the whole confusion to be resolved regarding the mistakes made with the pharmacy. I had spent 14 days in serious pain and all I asked for was a two day supply of some form of pain killer like what I got in the hospital which he, after 5 hours waiting for a callback and still without the Eliquis that I’m at that point 6 hours past the time for my dose. I started trying to solve this prescription issue at 9 am and finally after 1:30 pm the “doctor” finally calls me only to tell me that I’ve been rude to his staff. I said don’t worry you’re staff will never ever see me again. He’s no physician. Period. Save yourself and avoid this practice! Good luck fellow in-firmed

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Borja. I have had bad experiences with other physicians, and it was good to have an experience of being treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Borja and his staff made me feel that I was in safe hands! I am truly grateful and I appreciated the Dr.’s willingness to answer all my questions, treat with efficiency my health issues, and for an exceptional experience.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Hallandale Medical Center. I was blown away by how helpful and kind Maria Victoria and the front desk lady were. I have been always afraid of needles, and I did not feel a thing with Susan, the very nice lady who drew my blood. My appointment ran on time, Dr. Borja was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! Never felt rushed. Doc listened and addressed all my concerns. The best experience I've ever had with a physician. I would highly recommend this medical group!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Borja and I had an excellent experience. He answered my questions and explained in detail my concerns and diagnosis. The waiting room was full of patients and it seems that he was the only doctor working, the waiting time was a little long (25 minutes) however, I felt it was worth it.

Dr. Borja is the worst so-called doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I went to him a couple of times and he never gives me any answers. He does not seem to care at all about his patients. He always seems ready to bolt. He does not have answers or he doesn't care enough to give any. He also takes forever to refill medications. I have medications that I need and he makes me wait forever. I call every day and his staff says they will get the script to him and call me back but nobody ever calls back. After a week, I drove to the office and was told that my script was still not ready. Whether it got to the doctor or not, I do not know. So again, I spent a week calling them and getting no help. Then my husband had an appointment with him and I went in there and I asked Borja about my script and he said he had it but he had just not "gotten to it yet" and would get to it when he got to it. I told him how important it was for me to get my medication on time and he could not seem to care any less. He said he would get to it when he had time. I had to basically beg him to write me a script, which takes a few seconds to do and which I had already waited over 2 weeks to get. He finally did. Now my husband is waiting for his blood pressure medication and the problem is the same with him. His blood pressure is through the roof and the doctors and staff there do not seem to care at all. Nobody there cares. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you want a doctor who cares about your needs and will give you the time of day because this one definitely will not.
