Dr. Moya is excellent! He is kind and takes the time to listen to you. I got my blood work done as well. That was also a good experience I am always a little nervous but they made me feel so relaxed. I was seen on time and felt comfortable and safe being in the office.

Doctor Moya is great but office called me 4 times to confirm appointment even if you don't need to confirm(call if you need to change appointment not confirm, official in email from office)

I had a problem of communicating with your staff about delivering of PROLIA to the office, but Dr. Moya and his staff solved the problem. Also, Jose informed me how to contact by e-mail and his manner is very kind and informative. I really appreciate his kindness. Since I had a very bad experience in March concerning the delivery of PROLIA, I am glad all the problems are solved now. Additionally the head nurse, (sorry I forgot her name) at the blood testing department, is very accurate and professional. I really feel secure with her.

Dr Moya took his time with me to share his concerns. He explained what he wanted to do moving forward and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate a doctor who will look at you and have a conversation making you feel at ease. The staff has always been very attenuative in returning phone calls answering emails and helpful in addressing my questions.Wayne
