Im suffering with vein issue for 5 years. At last I contact USA Vein Clinics everyone was so nice and concerned my dr was so nice

I advise new clients to make research before coming here. When the doctor performed the The Endovenous Laser Treatment EVLA procedure in my legs he damaged the Nerves on both my legs as my feeling never came back. They told me it takes time.... but 3 years later still no feeling. The original doctor that performed the surgery wasnt even there for the follow up appointment. It seems to me that they dont care what happens after the procedure as they already collected the money. On top of that the EVLA treatment was suppose to help with the varicose veins on my legs but it did nothing... my veins are still there bulging. I had a follow up a year later with another doctor they seem to be changing doctors quite often I advised him of what happened but the doctor could not tell me anything at all. He didnt even look or touch my legs to look at the problem. So here I am the varicose veins are still there and no feeling in my legs. But the practice did get paid a lot of money for the treatment that did nothing and actually was damaging for me. And they cannot take responsibility nor advice on what to do and how to fix the problem

I have spent 5 hours total 3 visits in this office waiting in the front and have never even received a single treatment How do you like that?? I found them in Groupon but to be nice I offered to pay directly to the office. Every time I came I notified them about it and they didn’t mind. Every time I would spend 2 hours in the waiting room and after waiting they would say that the doctor is not there. And today I finally met the magical doctor and she refused to treat me after I waited again 2 hours How doYou like that??? Doesn’t it sound kind of crazy?? I understand the front desk girl but if doctor treats you like you are nothing what kind of a place is this?? Terrible customer service terrible everything. The worst place ever Don’t waste your time. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Due to COVID 19 waited for 3 months. Passing the pandemic I contracted USA Vein Clinics they make an appointment I reached in due time and saw how net and clean this clinic.

I have been going to the office for 3 years and dont like to go any other clinic for vein issue except USA Vein Clinics. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Every time that I have visited this office for treatment I have received the respect and professionalism any client could have. Everyone is willing to help you and are concerned with you health and wellbeing.

I dont recommend this place at all. I went there on May 6th to have a consult to treat my spider veins. First they gave me somebody elses report at the end of the appointment and when I realized it I called to have mine mailed to me it never arrived. Second they charged $120 days later to the credit card I used when I was there. When I called to ask they said it was an error of the system and I got the money refunded. Last they charged twice my $50 copayment and I havent been lucky with this issue. I went there again to claim a refund but I was told I needed to call the billing department. I did it twice both times I was told they were going to call me within 48 hours to solve the problem and I am still waiting on that. It is really a shame they are sooo disorganized. I cant trust in this place to treat any health issue. They are not serious and it looks like if they dont know what they are doing.
