Excellent overall experience. I chose them because of family members’ positive results. This is a very popular and busy practice, yet each of the dozen staffers from reception to pre-op, to the doc himself were professional, compassionate, competent, and engaging. They managed to take the extra moment to anticipate accommodations that would make me comfortable. I never once felt lost in the shuffle. Post-procedure instructions were given in writing, explained by the doctor, and reiterated by several nurses as they helped me prepare to depart. I honestly can’t think of anything more that could have been done. I highly recommend Dr. Souaid and the Venture facility.

Dr Souaid's bedside manner is and was great. Very calming attitude along with thorough explanation of proceedure and results of. Have had 4 colonoscopies by him and do not plan on changing anything in the future. Thanks to him and his support teams.
