Took my mom for the first time to Chen Medical Center and I am very impressed of the quality time and care from the staff and the doctor. Dr Jeannot patiently explained everything. She treats patients as an individual kindly. I am so happy that Finally we have Chen Medical Center with that Philosophy, and we can all work as a team, making life easier and better. Thanks dr Jeannot for your professionalism and caring! As a caregiver I feel a lot of support when is needed. And that means a lot.

Kathleen Jeannot does NOT deserve to be a doctor! She doesn't speak to patients with any respect and lack empathy. She put me on several medications prior to ordering test for pain that I was experiencing near vital organs. Her three attempts to diagnosis me were completely WRONG and the medications she prescribed made me feel worse. I had to demand testing and due to her arrogance and incompetence I took unnecessary medications. I hope that Memorial investigates this so called doctor and requires her to retrain on ethical treatment of patients and other CE's to properly diagnose patients.

Rather superficial...….includes things in her reports that she did NOT do nor discuss. Not good with exchange of opinions or ideas Minimal response to questions. Actually inaccurate with some of her information. I was disappointed to say the lrast. Sorry but that was the way it was. Cannot recommend

What a waste of time! Spent 2 months trying to get a referral with no luck! At the end of the day they did not even file entire bill with the insurance, so had to pay out pocket for Nothing! Literally nothing! Save your time and go somewhere else.

JEANNOT KATHLEEN IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS INCONSIDERATE I DO NOT RECCOMMEND HER AND FEEL SORRY FOR ANY FAMILY THAT VISITS HER IM CALLING THE BOARD AND FILING A COMPLAINT!!!!!
