If you sign a letter of protection it means nothing, I signed 4 seperate ones with my attorney signing also and they still sent me to collections, , not the way to treat patients, tried to resolve many times, will not recommend anyone to go to this doctor ever again terrible management. Treat patients like $ , and have no regard for what is right and wrong, I have run a medical practice for myself for over a decade and have never seen a practice go so far against the hippocratic oath of do no harm. Im not sure if the doctor has any idea how his staff is ruining his practice and his reputation. But I previously had referred him patients for over 20 years. I am disgusted how I have been treated and as a doctors wife I will make a point to share my experiences with anyone that asks . Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

The office will get you to sign letters of protection instead of using your PPO insurance then send you to collections. The office is run terribly. The doctor does not care or he would not put up with such terrible use of his name by his employees. I have tried to resolve for a year. Signed 4 agreements. I run a doctors office and have never seen a doctors office treat a patient and doctors wife this bad, I wouldnt recommend until he gets a new office manager

I had to contact a lawyer to schedule an appointment as it was an auto accident! I waited 2 1/2 hours for this doctor to come in and look at old fashioned x rays ( he was in the room 3 minutes) and let me I had torn ligaments in my neck! Sent me to the front desk to get meds and do pt!! If I would have done this I would be paralyzed!!! He totally MISS DIAGNOSED ME!!!!! I have terrible herniated discs in my neck NOT doing an MRI/CT, HORRIFIC NEVER USE THIS OFFICE ONLY an Insurance Gig!!

Dr. Stephen Wender with his support staffer-Esther, demonstrated a strong functional knowledge, which Inspired confidence and respect to aid the rehabilitation of my severe ACL injury. Dr. Wender displays a high degree of honesty and integrity in being highly devoted to achieving objectives of rehab, and expressed the viewing of problems as opportunities for a treatment professional that Is results/outcomes oriented.

DR .WENDER IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS AROUND!HE'S KIND,HE LISTENS,WHEN I SEE HIM HE'S ALWAYS PLEASANT!!HIS ASSISSTANT ESTHER. IS THE SAME!!!ALWAYS NICE,VERY FRIENDLY,AND I'VE NEVER SEEN HER WALK!!!!SHE PRACTICALLY RUNS ALL OVER GETTING HER BUSINESS DONE AND THEN SOME!!!SHE SHOULD RUN THE PLACE!!!ALL THE LADIES BEHIND THE DESK ARE REALLY NICE!!ITS CLEAN!!!THE PERSONEL THAT DO XRAYS ARE AS WELL VERY PLEASANT!!!I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR .WENDER

Courteous staff. The wait was a little long, but no more than any other doctor's office I've visited. He took time to show and explain the x-rays and has a very friendly and caring manner. He takes time with you and is nevered hurried.

His staff has the worst bedside manor i have ever seen. They will never remember your name. The office is ran poorly. His two personal secretaries are the worst i have ever seen. They need to be fired!!! Dr wender is a good surgen when he is not on his three month vacation!!! I would not refer him to anyone..
