Dr. Murillo listened and understand my dilemma. He examined me with care. I had/have an dermal injury on my right lower leg and it was infected with cellulitis. He was caring and was able to diagnosis my problem quickly. He recommended an injection of Rocphin followed up by doxycycline 2x/day by mouth - and the injury to by covered. He is a pleasant MD and I would go to him again. I was very very satisified with this appointment with him. The office staff is effecient.

He shouldn't be working in family medicine as he dislikes kids. My child doesn't drink medicine and needed 1 injection a day for 3 days. Her pediatrician wrote a very specific leter including the medicine, dosis and labs. His aswer? That he would never give that to a child and then asked me: "would she allow the nurse to give her the shot?" With those judgy eyes. He made me feel like I was the worst mother in the planet.

Miscommunication between the office staff and the doctor has caused me issues with my prescriptions found out about the miscommunication two days after I called in corrected the miscommunication with the office staff and it still was not corrected with the doctor out of my prescription for 3 weeks approximately the latest incident prescriptions for pain that needed to see the doctor, doctor did not notify me until I was out and he was unavailable. This is unacceptable.

Rated badly . Wish I would have waited to grade him before . He called until he got in touch with me . So he could find out what I needed to know . And then he fixed it . .

Good doctor , I did not like after the visit .Told me instructions for care at home would be on the discharge sheet . Did not receive any on my sheet . And also no information about my visit was listed ethier . Then my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy . And the second visit I came back . The pharmacy wouldn't let me get just my pain meds like me and the doctor discussed . He called and left me a voicemail and never called the pharmacy . Have cancelled all appointments and found a better doctor that will listen to my needs .

I found Dr. Murillo to be very personable, approachable and knowledgable. He and his team treated me with respect and compassion. I recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified physician with a friendly staff.
