If you’re looking for a 3 hours appointment this is your place! Horrible wait time for everything. Not sure if the PA was a cop in his past life or what but…. I felt like I was being interrogated. He didn’t give a sht about anything I had to say kept cutting me off and just wanted me to get straight to the point I guess. Though he was cordial, his bedside manner is not good at all!!! it was almost annoying for him to have me. It made me very uncomfortable already in bad pain and it made me not want to go back. Dr Roush on the other hand was actually very nice concerned and open to listening to his patient which made things a little bit better. He definitely knows what hes doing, you can tell but he really should look into his staff and amount of patients he takes on. Waiting room too over loaded and everything is rushed. I dont wish to see the PA again unfortunately thats for sure.

This place is a scam I would never recommend anyone to this thief! You're not going to wait less than a hour to see him (even with a appointment)! All he care about is filling his pockets! I think he's the only doctor in this practice! (hence the long wait). They mix up files and lie, he put fake notes on your file trying to benefit himself, on a second car accident I had. Will have a complete discussion with you and completely ignore anything you said when he leaves you. Puts what he wants in your file not the truth! I been calling them about this for months and they refuse.... to contact me!... To be continued

I wonder if we showed up as late to the appointment as the doctor does, would he patiently wait for us the way we are forced to sit for 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room/purgatory?

Horrible staff had me waiting over 1 hours in waiting room the said they canceled my appointment no one had the respect to even tell me they canceled my appointment while waiting staff rude and common sense

Dr. Roush was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. His staff was professional and made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with the results and am looking forward to a pain free life.

He has the ability to be a TERRIFIC Dr. He has the knowledge and ability. Greed ruined this for him. He has shady practices including using a pain management Dr who takes money to say you are disabled. He destroyed my life and totally disabled me. I walked in for surgery and that was the last time. He did a surgery that WAS NOT what I was supposed to have. The hardware came through my back out of the skin ...... The list goes on. AND is fully documented and backs up what I'm saying or I wouldn't put it out here. The things that happened are many. I was a functioning fireman and now have no ability to care for myself.I suggest if a lawyer sends you to him you do not go.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE EVERY VISITED. I am a pretty easy going guy. My Attorney set up an appointment for me to see Dr. Roush after a car accident. I was REAR ENDED BY A GENTLEMAN TEXTING WHILE I WAS STOPPED FOR A RIGHT TURN. Dr. Roush's office called and texted me at least 5 times leading up to the appointment to remind me it was at 2:45pm at his office in Ft Myers. I left my Naples home early to be there on time. When I arrived there (2:40pm) early . There were no less than 15 people in a tiny single waiting room of this old office. THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH CHAIRS FOR THE PEOPLE WITH BACK AND NECK INJURIES HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR ... (Horrible) See Picture. The nurses kept coming out 6 times to be exact to call the names of people not in the room. They were so mixed up. . If it were not so tragic it would be funny. AFTER WAITING TILL AFTER 4pm I became frustrated and tired of sitting on a floor. So I left .. 15 minutes later that while on my way home an angry nurse called me to tell me they were ready for me... LOL.. SURE Ill just jump off 75 and head back. NEVER AGAIN. she continued to call me .. I did not answer .. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS .. I only gave them one star because there is nothing LOWER

Dr.roush saved my life. He did 24 plus surgical procedures on with 4 years. Of it wasn't for Dr.Roush if be paralyzed today.
