No bedside manner whatsoever! Barely perused my blood work.never explains anything atal!i brought in diagnosis from co.that I went to ,hoping to give extra insight.He barely glanced at it.When he Talks to he turns his back toyou in so you can barely understand what he's saying.He always in a rush!You can never put a word egwise.

This was my first visit to a new doctor after moving to the area. Dr. Arce Montoya took time to review my medical history and made good suggestions for me. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like he cared about me. I am very happy with my choice of a new doctor.

I found it inappropriate for the doctor to ask me the last time I had sex with my wife and also saying Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners cannot prescribe control substances, totally unprofessional.

THIS DOCTOR CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ MRI RESULTS.

The doctor is awful. He didn't give the results of the MRI. I NOW have to pay another doctor to read. I waited three hours to see him. He try's to rush you out of the office. He does NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. You are not able to understand him. He also talks about other patients and that is a violation to patients rights. All I can say is as patients we must stick together so you don't have to go through what I did and waste time and money.

HORRIBLE! He has no bedside manner at all. He rushed me, I was crying because he was so rude and absent minded. I had a very large absess that I needed removed and was very scared. He explained nothing to me, I had to question everything...NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Simply one of the worst out there, needs a LOT of work in his, social and communication skills before he can jump into anything else. I am not sure this was the right career for this guy. one thing is sure, he's making a lot of money out of it unfortunately

Dr. William Arce-Montoya is atrocious, possesses horrifying patient skills and can barely speak intelligible English. After waiting for 1 ½ hours to see hi, he spent a total of about 90 seconds with me attempting to communicate results of an MRI that I had the day before. Honestly, I believe I knew more about the report than he did. He may be able to treat a “tummy ache” but for anything outside of that I recommend that you avoid this guy at all costs. Basically he does what is necessary to cover his ass from a paperwork perspective in order to bill your insurance company!
