Angela Merzenich's Online Review Report Card

At first I thought Dr. Merzenich was amazing as the first thing she did was send me for tests to figure out if there was a cause for my condition other than genetics. There was not, it’s genetics. Since then, this Dr. And the related office have done nothing but run me in circles and withhold my maintenance medicine that I’ve been on for five years with no problems, and nobody there can articulate why they are withholding unrelated medication.

The best doctor I ever had. She is very smart and I know I'm being taken care of with her. She takes her own time to make time for her patients. Words can't explain how much gratitude I have for her.

Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor that I have ever had! We absolutely love her! As the practice has grown it has become a little more difficult to see her and not a nurse practitioner, but she does her best to take care of her patients.

If Dr M’s office stopped taking my insurance , I would change to one she did. She takes her time, listens to what you tell her and sends you for tests to find out how she can help you. I’ve been her patient for 7 years and I hold her in the highest esteem. I highly recommend her as a physician. Enough said

I love, love, love the doctor. She is smart, has a heart for her patients and has took care of me for years. However, since she moved to this mainstream office about 3 years ago roughly, her staff is unorganized with billing and scheduling. It is too bad because Dr. Merzenich is amazing. Because I have a debt from 2016, they will not allow me to schedule an appointment with her until it is paid in full. I do not have over $500 so I unfortunately will have to seek another doctor. I am very upset I get to lose care from such an amazing physician.

Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to me and spends time listening to me. Some of the staff that answers phones are very rude and downright nasty. I called because the nurse told me to and they acted like I was wrong and that I was very incompetent.

I love Dr. Merzenich! I had chosen a different doctor through my Florida Blue plan and in two years of appointments had never actually met the doctor. Although the medical assistants were awesome I had an an unexpected appointment one day and my doctor's office wasn't available so they asked me if I would like to see Dr. Merzenich. I agreed and at my first meeting with her she took time to listen to me, was very thorough and I felt like she was a good fit for me. I am just enough of a hypochondriac to worry about everything, but she addresses all of my questions and shows genuine respect for any issue that I might have.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Merzenich for a long time. She and her team exhibit true professionalism and kindness to all of the patients. I have referred many of my friends and patients to her for care.
