They have no place to leave a message, you wait on the phone forever. I was charged a missed appt because after 2 attempts to cancel and reschedule , once holding for 40 minutes and the other 20 minutes. I could not sit on the phone for this length of time. The practice charged me anyway and the old lady's answer after I complained was we have 5000 patients and thats that

Using this practice over 20 years That's all I got to say What does that say

She doesn't make me feel rushed, answers all questions in terms that are easy for the layman to understand

Having been a patient for the past 5 years her office and her care have gone down in quality of care. I only have sleep apnea and she has done nothing to help me sleep better. The last sleep study was horrible with no sleep and the machine making so much water in tubing I felt I was drowning. They didn't have new mask to use so I still had my personal nasal one which hasn't been working. They ordered a new machine but the settings are wrong and neither the doctor nor office will respond back. I'm currently looking for a doctor who knows sleep apnea and that will follow up. Their portal system is a joke because they don't respond back. I give them from the 4 stars when I first started to ZERO stars due to lack of care

Have been seeing Dr Verma for years. She is amazing

The staff and nurses are very helpful here in preparing everything for when the doctor sees me Dr Verma is excellent at what she does and keeps me informed if my appointments on the sleep apnea machine that I have

Dr Verma is always patient in listening to me and thorough in addressing all of my concerns.

Dr. Verma is excellent, but only AFTER unacceptable wait times to see her. After waiting the last time just over 1.5 hours for the pre-check with the nurse (take BP, etc.), I left. I knew from multiple past visits that after the nurse finished, I would be sitting another 45 min. or so in the exam room waiting for Dr. Verma, totaling over 2 hours before seeing her. This was my fourth visit to her practice, so I feel this to be normal. The office front staff explanation was 'it's because she is so popular'. Of course, no medical office staff would ever admit 'It's because we over book'. Additionally, I have never been able to get an estimate of the wait time at any of my appointments. I find this to be extremely disrespectful of the value of a patient's time, and the 'word' appointment' at this office is a total oxymoron.

Pathetic, incompetent people work here, go see someone else anybody else anywhere else.

Dr. Verma was professional, thorough, and very compassionate. She offered some helpful accommodations upon finding out that I am on the autism spectrum. Her staff were friendly and efficient. Seeing I was struggling on my cane, one of her office girls brought me her own chair as I was waiting to check out. She made a stressful experience more pleasant. I would recommend this doctor highly to anyone.
