I am a caregiver, and my patient stays there. I went to the front desk to ask them a question, and an older blonde woman that works there rudely said to me "you're not supposed to be roaming the Halls "all I was doing was asking about my patients lunch. Then I was told I couldn't even go with my patient to the lunch room rudely once again.. I didn't appreciate being spoken down to like that I don't think that people should treat caregivers or anybody that way and I can only hope that they don't treat the patients that way. Shame on her.....

I give Grand Living my highest endorsement and praise. My parents were residents at Grand Living and received outstanding care. Most importantly, they felt like Grand Living was their home.The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents and family feel valued and welcomed. Terri Osteen, the Director, is a model of great customer service and is extremely approachable. Having been a Director of Training & Development for 3 Fortune 500 companies, I know how difficult it is to create a culture that is both caring and efficient. Terri and her staff have achieved both and are true professionals.Life at Grand Living includes wonderful food, lots of fun, meaningful activities, and a family-type atmosphere. It is everything it says it is and more.

Mom's care has been wonderful. Staff are just so outstanding I never worry when I leave. Food has been phenomenal and the entertainment wonderful also.
