Not a productive experience, i was going for my yearly exam/checkup, whatever you want to call it, had to answer a 9 page questionnaire, ridiculous as i’m an established patient, definitely not getting my questions answered, was told to take my blood pressure 2 times daily for 3 weeks and come back to discuss, took a blood panel prior to appointment and doctor was not able to discuss results on the annual visit, i need to come back for that. Sounds like a lot of BS and bureaucracy. My time is as important as the doctors and i’d like to have all my issues addressed in one appointment but because of billing complications the doctor is not allowed to address anymore than one item/issue at a time. Absolutely Ridiculous! I’ve decided to find a doctor who practices medicine rather than medical billing!

Dr Lekhra’s office is the best!! No issues with her or the staff. Bravera Health on the other hand is impossible to deal with.
