Called over a month ago bc of a discrepancy with my blood pressure meds. Nobody called me back. I went in there today and was ignored by staff. I’ve had ongoing issues with this office due to their lack of communication. I will never go back and suggest that it’s in your best interest to seek medical help elsewhere. Entrusting this office with your health is risky.

Dr and staff were recommended to us and they all were great. I feel comfortable with them taking into consideration that I changed PCP after over 12 years.

Poor service and lack of professionalism. I made my appointment 1.5 - 2 months in advance. I downloaded the new client paperwork to avoid having to wait in the lobby to fill it out. My wife and I had an appointment at 10 and hers at 10:15. On the day of the appointment, we were called and asked to come in at 9AM because the doctor was running ahead of schedule. We arrived at 9:15AM. There was more paperwork to be filled out that should have been accessible on the portal. Nonetheless, we filled it out and waited for our appointment. We were duped into arriving early because the doctor was not running ahead of schedule when in fact she was running behind. Why didn't they tell us that? We waited 2 1/2 hours for our appointment! That is unacceptable on any level. I lost business because of time wasted waiting in their lobby for 2 1/2 hours. Also, I was referred to see a urologist by Lekhra and I was told my referral was faxed to the urologist office. When I called the urologist office, their office told me they had not received the fax. So, I called Lekhra's office and asked them to re-fax the referral. They said they would. I waited another day and called the urologist office and again they told me no fax had been received and they could not schedule my appointment without the doctors referral along with my medical history. This back and forth exercise went on over a week. I call Lekhra's office and then call the urologist office and so forth. I am caught in the middle of their flawed systems. I spoke with someone named Eve last Friday at Lekhra's office and she told me she would send a note to the office manager to call me because this was wrong and I should not have to go through so much work to schedule an appointment. I have not received an update or call from the office manager or anyone at Lekhra's office. I called Lekhra's office yesterday and asked the Dr to call me because I am being denied care because their office will not follow through on their own referral procedure. I never received a call from Lekhra nor anyone from their office to fix a problem I have no control over. It's unfortunate we pay for these services that do not serve our best interest and they get away with it. I do not recommend this doctor's practice nor how they handle their patients. Also, I've seen the responses to negative feedback post asking the patient to call the office to discuss. Please dont ask me to call your office. I have called your office over 5 times without any resolution or follow up.

I had appointment at 12:00 I actually finally saw the doctor after 2:00 she wasn't nice she was rude I do not recommend her.

I had a large bruise on my left leg and Dr. Lekhra ordered a blood test to check my platelet count, which is already low, and a sonogram to check for blood clots and/or any blockages. Her diagnosis and response was the same as my cardiologist the next day. Great news for my wife and I.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lekhra showed genuine concern for my care. My visit went very smoothly. They did a great job.

She is an amazing Doctor. I went in for something so small and she found other things I never knew and was so helpful. She actually talks to you and not at you like most Doctors do. The staff is also so amazing!! Specially Valerie she is quiet amazing and so funny!!

Staff and doctor exceeded my expectations. Love my new doc!

So far so good. I've only met her once and SHE LISTENED to me.
